The ticket had no indication of the ship and i lost it. The people there couldn't find on the ticket the name of the ship and because they didn't have a scanner of the qr code i lost it. Terrible...

The site is well made so you can register every passenger, car or pet on your profil, so that you don't need to fil the data everytime.
However, these last years, you cannot speak with someone on the phone, so you have to write on the chat and it can be long if you have an issue to solve.

Not easy!!
Not easy! Quite a complicated exercise just to book a ferry trip! Couldn’t pay by Paypal or Applepay, had to be credit card which I don’t like to use online but didn’t seem to have a choice! Need to offer these choices! Have certainly had easier bookings!
