The website is very badly set out, I made a booking only to find out that I had not booked a car on the same booking. The price was correct for a car and passengers but it would appear that it’s just for a foot passenger so I would not recommend this company at all steer well clear

I booked multiple tickets via Ferryscanner and was really impressed by the options, the transparency and the ease of the whole process. Each step of the way was well organised, clear to follow and user friendly. One of our ferry trips was cancelled. Upon contacting Ferryscanner, Irini arranged new tickets on the same day without any further charges. Such a positive experience and relieved all stresses as a result of the cancellation. I would highly recommend and will definitely use Ferryscanner again!

I had the worst experience possible with Ferryscanner. My ferry was cancelled due to bad weather, and Ferryscanner failed to even notify me. Their app still showed the departure as 'on time' while I was standing there with a cancelled trip.

Even though I paid extra for the FLEXI package, their support was useless. They tried to push me back and forth between the ferry companies instead of helping me. I had to fight for my own rebooking and compensation directly with the carrier.

Unreliable, unprofessional, and a complete waste of money. If you want to actually reach your destination, book directly with the ferry line and stay away from this agency. Never again!

Easy to use it and accurate information provided

My tickets say departure port in Akantia, but the map shows Kolona Harbor? I read that many others have been confused by which port is correct.

I paid 135 euro for 3 tickets Mykonos-Naxos, but I recieved mail that boat is cancelled. So I asked the annulation and I received the refund of 108 euro. I am loosing 25 euro and it is not my fault that boat is cancelled !!!

Price Guarantee means nothing, left more than £200 out of pocket compared to other deal found. LOOK ELSEWHERE

Ouer Tripp Genoa Tangier has been cancelled: Annullation at Ferrascanner was done quickly

I made a mistake and contacted Customer Services. They were very speedy in replying and very helpful. My mistake cost me shed loads of money but it was my fault not theirs.
I can't fault their service.
