My experience with Ferratum has been a great one🙂

I've been borrowing from Ferratum every month for about 18 months. Their application process is quick and easy and the money arrives in my account by the following business day. Any time I've contacted customer service, they've been excellent to deal with. The only issue I have - and it's actually a big one - is that it takes too long to clear my account after my payment is withdrawn. Being in the unfortunate position of having to reloan after each payment, I can't afford to wait 5 to 10 business days before I can submit another application. Having dealt with numerous other payday loan companies over the years, Ferratum is the only one who takes this long to clear payments. It's very frustrating and, for that reason, I will not be borrowing from them in the future.

within a day i got my loan from Ferratum and they were able to change my dates of pay periods when requested....thank you Ferratum for helping me out👍

The only problem is the long wait until you can apply for a new loan. But I like the payment method.

I would prefer a single platform but other than that small issue

Since setting up an account online it makes getting a loan when I need it very convenient.

I think once you re-loan you should not have to wait a week til you can re-loan again it should be the next business day alot of loan companys are like that

Have taken out a few loans with Ferratum and like that they are local and approval process is fast. I had to cancel a loan and they were also very quick with getting it cancelled for me. Will definitely use again!

Ask me two months ago and 5 stars today no stars. They do not return emails anymore. They do not answer their phones (technical issues). They do not release you from your loans after the payment has cleared in a timely manner. Paid my last loan March 31st and it is still open today April 11th. Thank god they answer the live chat on the website but still no answers to why I still have an open loan. They used to be my go to company not anymore. Very unhappy today.

My first 3 transactions with ferratum went well except for the last that i didnt receive any email regarding breakdown of payments and duedates...
