Dreadful company
Dreadful company. Ordered SMEG product online 7 weeks ago, and not a word from them. No emails, No nothing. They do answer their online chat support, but not with any useful response. I have now disputed the charge with my credit card company to get my money back. I also ordered on the same day the same SMEG product from electrocosto .com and they ordered the item from SMEG in Italy and it arrived 2 weeks later. Avoid Ferrate. #ferrate #smeg. Compañía espantosa. Pedí un producto SMEG en línea hace 7 semanas, y ni una palabra de ellos. Sin correos electrónicos, sin nada. Responden a su soporte de chat en línea, pero no con una respuesta útil. Ahora he disputado el cargo con la compañía de mi tarjeta de crédito para recuperar mi dinero. También ordené el mismo día el mismo producto SMEG de electrocosto .com y ellos ordenaron el artículo de SMEG en Italia y llegó 2 semanas después. Evite los ferratos.
