This review is for the NYC store

This review is for the NYC store. I returned a necklace worth almost $30,000 a week ago and they still will not process my refund! I asked a few times when the refund was actually processed, but nobody would ever give me a straight answer. I contacted AMEX who told me that the charge still stands and that there are no pending refunds. I have filed a dispute. This is shameful behavior by any company, but especially one that is selling expensive products!
