Michael is a fantastic PT! He took the time to understand my needs and weaknesses (staying committed), and motivated and encouraged me throughout the process to ensure maximum results. I’m really pleased with how much weight I’ve lost (5kg) and how much stronger I feel! Time flies by when I’m with him and I’m not left in debilitating pain afterwards because he makes sure to push me the right amount. Cannot recommend him enough!

Michael is a fantastic coach/personal trainer. The sign of a good coach is one that has the ability to not only listen, but actually process the needs of their client carefully. I’ve had a few fitness coaches in the past and Michael’s personalised training by far stands out.

I also have a medical condition which he was very understanding of and ensured his training programme took this into careful consideration whilst also holding me accountable to achieving my goals.

Prior to personal training with Michael, my shoulder had been playing up and I had 3 tears. However, through weekly training sessions, I've now seen a noticeable difference and have avoided having to have a steroid injection or possible operation to help with the pain.
