Thoght it was an LG tv and i haven't received it

Super television allround. I purchased this model because we wanted a smaller television for our kitchen. It fits very nicely on the counter top and beneath the top cupboards, without getting in the way. The picture is clear and crisp, colours sharp but not glaring, very good sound quality. There is built in digital freesat and other handy features. Very simple to set up, even for non techno minded people. I am so pleased that this Ferguson TV is assembled in the UK, so supporting British industry.

We’d previously bought a Ferguson for the lounge and was really happy we then wanted a second TV. It was with us in no time and was easily set up with a brilliant picture, I can’t recommend the brand enough.

It didn’t take long to arrive and was easy to install. The picture and sound are great and I would recommend the television to anyone who wants a small one in my case in the kitchen.

I ordered and paid extra for an integral DVD as this was for my Mother in a carehome and her main use is DVD. (This could well be an Amazon fault) within 2 months the remote control stopped working too and as there are no manual controls on the side of the unit was then useless.

I've been using this TV for about eight months now and it's rare for me to say this but I am delighted with it.
The screen is bright and sharp but importantly it can be viewed from an incredibly wide angle, far more than is stated in the specification.
This is a smart TV and amazingly for a bit of tech it seems to work consistently every time. It easily finds and connects to campsite wifi or the phone's hotspot and will remember the connection the next time it is turned on.
There are a good selection of apps installed including Netflix, BBC iplayer and YouTube but the TV also has screen mirroring to play content from your phone or tablet. Beware though some programs appear to be blocked from being mirrored on Netflix.
Supposedly there is a decoder for satellite and digital TV but I've not tried either of these.
The built in dvd player works well too.
On a 12V supply there is very little power used and we just left it on standby during a three month tour off grid as there is such low power consumption.
The staff at the factory are a delight to deal with and being made in Bishop Auckland, you can actually get an answer to technical questions.
There is a downside to this TV and that is the built in speakers. Small and tinny they are just not worth being there. I use a plug in speaker as a workaround.

Probably because I am old and very suspicious of all this modern orwellian smart stuff I wanted a bog standard simple t.v. without all "latest" bells and whistles. The ferguson does what it says on the box very adequately and at a good price. A good buy.

You get what you pay for. It is erratic when using the remote control. The sound does not activate immediately,you have to increase the volume every time you switch on to get it started. In short, I nearly returned the TV but did not fancy the agro. We only have the set in the bedroom so will put up with it. It seems so sluggish to respond to the remote.

All my previous purchases were quick, easy to buy online and went without any hitches. The children are happy with their bedroom television sets and the larger television with soundbar is excellent in the living room.
For the price you can't go wrong and I will be more than happy to buy from Ferguson in the future.
