I still did not received my order/ I…

I still did not received my order/ I ordered 3 items on 5th November, as per homepage they were available, and planned delivery was about 2 weeks..The felivery date was changed in the confirmation email to 5-7 weeks….I received an email about 2 weeks ago again ( from DDP ) stating my order is under shipment, but it seems to be not even in the distribution center( according to the link provided for shipment follow up). I am not happy at all.

First purchase -

They’ve sent me a total different product. They did not replace it within 8 days. The estimated delivery time as they wrote would be one or two more weeks. Hopefully i will receive what i’ve ordered.
