I had my mums bungalow on the market with 2 previous estate agents and we had very little interest, very little involvement from the companies we had chosen, that changed immediately we instructed Fenn Wright.
Jamie came to see us and explained how they marketed properties and the processes they used, she was in touch often, she arranged a couple of viewings before the property was even ‘out there’.
We soon had an offer on the table for the full asking price and things soon came to a very satisfactory result.
I cannot praise Fenn Wright enough, Jamie thank you so much for your help, I will not hesitate to use you or recommend you to everyone I know .

Whilst the whole house buying/ selling process can be incredibly frustrating, Fenn Wright made the journey from offer to completion as painless as I've ever experienced. Having had a poor experience with another agent, Fenn Wright took on our property, marketed it very well, handled all viewings and fought hard to get us the best price.

Joshua ensured that I was updated at all times with regards to my property transaction in Ipswich. This as especially important as my solicitors levels of communication was negligible at times. Although the whole process seemed protracted, Joshua remained confident throughout the transaction period and reassured me through the difficult moments. A recommended estate agent.

All I can say here is if this company have anything to do with a house you're potentially looking to buy go elsewhere. Rudest staff I have ever come across.

Average. Ok as agent but have spent 18 months trying to get them to recognis new legal owner of property - and they have bungled paperwork all over the place.

Rhys from the Witham Branch has been fantastic. Extremely well informed, great communication (that has never felt pushy and pressured) and professional throughout. Unfortunately we are yet to find our next home but Fenn Wright have understood exactly what we are looking for and fingers crossed we find it soon. I cannot praise John Birchell of Fenn Wright highly enough. After days of phoning different surveyors about a major valuation issue, John was the first person to give clear, detailed, and honest advice straight away. He was patient, kind, and genuinely interested in helping — and his guidance has relieved me of so much stress and saved me £1000's. It’s rare these days to find someone who offers expert advice without trying to upsell or overcharge. John is a true credit to chartered surveyors, and I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone needing trustworthy property advice.

I recently bought a property through Fenn Wright, and I’m very happy with the service I received. I was a buyer, and Kirsty kept me updated every week without fail, which made the whole process feel much smoother and far less stressful.

In a previous sale of mine (with a different agent), the sales progresser only spoke to us twice before the chain collapsed, so I really understand how important consistent communication is. Kirsty’s regular updates made a huge difference, and I truly appreciated her professionalism and support throughout.

I have recently sold my home and purchased a property using Fenn Wright of Stanway

I was very impressed with everyone in the office from Paul who valued my property through to Sarah and Adam and finally Clarke who dealt with completion day.

However, the jewel in the crown was Kirsty who has a wealth of experience and certainly puts it to good use

She told me she would support me throughout and indeed she did through the highs and lows inevitably encountered when selling and purchasing property

She really does go over and above the call of duty even contacting me on completion day from her holiday abroad

Great friendly team. From the initial valuation with Paul, viewings with Amy and selling process with Kirsty, no complaints ay all. Kirsty needs a special mention as without her I’m not sure it would have ever got over line. !
