I received an "official looking" letter in the mail stating that the previous owner of my property had "secured" a home warranty, and that my "mortgage lenders requirements for my current loan may require a home warranty to stay in place at all times to stay in compliance".
The joke is on Fenix. I bought the property with cash, no loan. The previous owner was my mother-in-law and the building on the property isn't a residence.

Corey was the agent that helped me . Not sure of his last name, but he was knowledgeable about the offered warranty for my new vehicle, and explained the options offered in my warranty. He was great.

WARNING: Extremely Negative Experience
I received a letter from this company that I personally found vague and concerning. On December 31, 2025, at 11:28 AM, I spoke with them and later realized I had agreed to a $150 charge that I did not fully understand at the time. I regret agreeing to it and felt misled by how the information was presented.
This was my personal experience, and I encourage others to carefully review any documents and ask questions before agreeing to anything.

The representative knew how to handle my responses as frustrated as I fell, and he took it calmly and he didn’t use it against me and he was patient and I bet him and I do apologize to him as well but he was good at his job. He is.

Customer representative was courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient in resolving my issue.
I was very satisfied with our interaction.
Scam artists. They sell you worthless warranties by sending you predatory letters and notices. They know what they are doing. Scum of the earth.
Horrible,
did everything they could to try to make me purchase. Double check to see if you are already paying for warranty before calling, otherwise they will try to make you purchase on the spot.
