This clinic is a disaster
This clinic is a disaster — avoid it at all costs. I’m genuinely shocked it’s still allowed to operate. From the moment you enter, you’re hit with the stench of neglect. The environment is filthy and unhygienic, especially the so-called water therapy area where the water is never changed. It’s murky, unsanitary, and unsafe for any living being.
They advertise a wide range of services they simply don’t provide. Once they get a client, they outsource to external specialists who are unfamiliar with the clinic’s operations. The whole system is disorganized and chaotic. Even these visiting specialists — who are often far more qualified — are treated poorly by the two main veterinarians and the reception staff. They are overpowered and disrespected, despite being the ones who could actually provide proper care.
The two main female veterinarians and the two girls at reception behave in a way that’s truly disturbing — rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. I have personally heard them mocking clients who don’t speak Spanish and making unacceptable comments about the furry and loving members of those families.
They overcharge outrageously for basic services, and it’s painfully obvious that everyone there is just showing up for a paycheck. There is no real compassion, no safety, and no sense of responsibility.
If you think I’m exaggerating, visit any other vet clinic in Elche and you’ll instantly see the difference. The smell, the energy, and the lack of order here are unmatched — in the worst possible way.
This place is crawling with disease, chaos, and bad energy. It’s not safe. I will never take my furry family member there again, and I would never advise a single person who truly loves and cares for their small, loyal, and loving family member to go anywhere near this clinic.
