We would like to express our sincere gratitude for using Fenix Funeral service for our beloved Mother
From the start of our conversation with Stephen, Pam and I were delighted to arrange all the relevant services needed to give our Mum a beautiful send off. We thank you Stephen for working behind the scenes to make it happen and we deeply appreciate the ongoing conversations over the phone , via email and the personal visit from you Stephen to hear each and everyone of our close family what we wanted for our Mother's Funeral service and cremation ceremony. Stephen you have been a great adviser and have taken into consideration all the intricate details that we wanted for our mother. Thank you so much Stephen for being available when we needed to get hold of you. And that was so helpful as there were times we needed to contact you to ask questions.

Thank you for being there on the Thursday when we had the viewing and for making it possible for us ladies to dress our Mother in her beautiful saree. We wanted the viewing to be closer to where we live but unfortunately it was not possible. We were very satisfied with the courtesy and support shown to us at the funeral parlour. The place was very beautiful and accommodating for our large family and relatives who were present on that day. We would like to thank the lady who helped us dressed Mum, she was very helpful and informative every step of the way. As painful as the day was, we thank you all for the support and allowed us as a family to take our time.

On the day of the funeral, We were privileged to see our Mother coming in the carriage. The flowers were beautiful. We were blessed to see our Mother in the horse drawn carriage as the procession started, it was filled with grace dignity and respect which reflect the very essence of our Mother. From the beginning of the procession until the end of the service, we were very honoured to give our Mother an elegant and well deserved send off because of your dedication and service throughout. Our deep appreciation to Grant the funeral director and the pallbearers and the limo drivers. We can not thank you enough. A special thank you to Grant for making sure the day ran smoothly and everything we wanted for our Mother were granted unto us.

From the ongoing conversation throughout the day to making sure everyone who needed to be in the limousine and also the pallbearers guiding our nominated relatives who carried Mum in and out of each service. And also the releasing of the dove, it was a special when Mum's granddaughter and great granddaughter released the dove.

Thank you so much Stephen and the team for granting us a special and unforgettable moment in our lives in memory of our dearly beloved Mother. May God bless you All.

It was such wonderful to work with Fenix funeral. Stephen was brilliant and so compassionate, polite, understanding and respectful. He wanted the best thing for our mum as if it was his own mum. This touch our family greatly. Communications between us were brilliant as well. Every details were being explained to us. Mum was treated with respect and the funeral parlour was beautiful and a great thank you to the lady who help us dress our mum, she was taking great care of her and wanted her to look beautiful. Will recommend Fenix funeral as we were treated so well.

The care, consideration and support by staff, plus the efficiency with which all aspects were dealt with.

So understanding from the 1st phone call until the actual day. I honestly cannot think fenix enough for all their support in making the day as easy as possible.

The celebrant that was assigned to us was Shirley Scott and I honestly don't believe anyone out there would have been able to deliver the service in the way we wanted, what an unbelievable woman Shirley was.

They dealt with our requests with dedication, patience and attention to every detail when organising my mother's funeral. Therese was exceptionally helpful and caring person to deal with in a such difficult for our family time. Thank you for taking good care of everything, we really appreciate your service.

Lesley and the Felix funeral team have been great during this process. Lesley went above and beyond with helping our family through this hard time. This was the first time we ever had to arrange a funeral service and she was always available to help and answer any questions we had. She worked overtime just to find us a priest last minute. I am writing to express my gratitude for the recent, wonderful, experience my family and I had with Fenix funeral services. Our dedicated funeral director, Liz was patient, professional and comforting in our time of need and went above and beyond to support my family and I. She kept in touch with regular phone calls and always made herself available to us to answer any questions I had, accommodating any changes we wanted to arrangements and took a real and heartfelt interest in our wellbeing during the worst time of our lives. Our celebrant, Shirley, was a perfect combination of respectful and compassionate. She took the time to visit us and listen to us speak about our adored late family member, asked all the right questions and made us feel that she really understood what he was like. The funeral service, itself, was impeccably organised and seamlessly conducted by all, including Reece. The professionalism was second to none and Shirley spoke beautiful and accurate words and guided us through our grief at the ceremony, allowing us to say our goodbyes in the exact way we had wanted. I would more than recommend Fenix to anyone who loses a loved one.
