Safety Hazard: Premium Price for Substandard Engineering and 6mm Glass on 4.5sqm Spans
I chose Fenesta for my home project (totaling over ₹7.8 Lakhs) expecting premium engineering. Instead, I am left with a significant safety hazard and a complete lack of professional accountability.
The Major Safety Issue:Fenesta’s technical team recommended and installed 6mm toughened glass for massive fixed windows (dimensions up to 2.5m x 1.8m and 2.09m x 2.1m). At a span of $4.5 m^2$ at height, these glass panels wobble and vibrate visibly under even slight manual pressure. In a high-wind state like Kerala, this is a disaster waiting to happen. When I flagged this, their representative offered only verbal "assurances" that the glass is "strong," completely ignoring the dangerous structural deflection (wobbling) caused by insufficient thickness.
Unprofessional Installation:
- Zero Precision: Frames were installed without spirit levels or laser levels, relying solely on plastic clips.Site - Negligence: Workers were observed standing on aluminum frames and using hammers in a way that risks structural warping and damage to the powder coating.
- Poor Hygiene: No blowers were used to clear masonry dust; they simply used a paintbrush to move grit into the hardware tracks, which will eventually destroy the rollers.
- Incomplete Work: Several slider doors are missing external bottom covers, and I have received no Warranty Certificate or formal handover a month after "completion."
The Bottom Line: Fenesta’s "expertise" failed at the survey stage by recommending 6mm glass for spans that clearly require 8mm or 10mm for stability. I have formally demanded a replacement to ensure my family’s safety.
Advice to others: Do not trust their verbal "standards." If you have large windows, double-check their wind-load calculations yourself before paying, as their on-site team seems more interested in "appeasement" than engineering.

The product itself is excellent. The installation engineers were customer service oriented and very thorough in their work and even did things that the "civil" guys should have done.
The civil crew which was separate from Fenesta but recommended by Fenesta took every opportunity to cut corners and do as little as they could and get away with. They left a lot of dust and rubish and told us to get our maid to clean it up. They left a dusty mess outside out building from marble cutting as well as left over marble bits and pieces. The experience with the recommended civil crew has left a bad impression for sure. The Fenesta product is excellent but be prepared to sit on the civil crew otherwise they will do what ever they can get away with.
Extremely Disappointed with Misleading Practices, Poor Execution & Zero Accountability — Be Cautious
My experience with Fenesta dealer Decoris Homez has been extremely disappointing and frustrating, and I feel compelled to share it to warn other potential customers.
I had reviewed and explicitly approved a set of technical specifications for my order. During price negotiations, I was assured — and operated under the clear belief — that only the pricing had changed, not the approved specifications. However, after delivery, I discovered that the specifications had been changed without my knowledge or consent. There was absolutely no communication about these changes, and I accepted the revised quote in good faith, trusting that the originally approved technical details remained unchanged.
To make matters worse, the delivered doors were installed with the orientation reversed — the side meant to face outward has been installed inward, completely deviating from the agreed plan and resulting in functional and aesthetic issues.
What makes this even more unacceptable is that Fenesta demands 100% advance payment before production and delivery — meaning as a customer, you have no leverage or say once the payment is made. You are entirely dependent on the dealer's integrity and professionalism, which, in my case, was sorely lacking.
Despite raising these issues immediately and following up multiple times — including a verbal assurance that the matter would be resolved — it has now been over 2 months with no corrective action taken. The silence and inaction are deeply disappointing and unprofessional.
This experience has caused significant inconvenience, and I would urge others to exercise extreme caution when dealing with Fenesta or Decoris Homez. Triple-check every detail, and don't assume that anything previously agreed upon will be respected once you’ve made the payment.
There is a serious lack of transparency, accountability, and customer support, especially once they’ve secured full payment.

I had a terrible experience with Fenesta Doors and Windows, despite a few positives. First, I’ll say that their installation and customer service teams were very good and supportive. They did their best to assist me and were professional during installation.
However, the negatives far outweigh these positives. The delivery of my product was extremely delayed, and I had to wait an entire nine months for the order that I placed in June 2024. I finally received it in March 2025, which is an unacceptable delay. Throughout this period, I was met with constant miscommunication, leaving me frustrated and without any clear answers about my order.
Additionally, the dealer I worked with was incredibly unprofessional. They seemed to lack basic knowledge about the products they were selling, which was very disappointing. To make matters worse, the sales team was absolutely terrible. They snatched my order away from another dealer in the area and handed it to the one I ended up dealing with, with apparent backing from the Fenesta sales manager. This kind of behavior is totally unethical and left me feeling taken advantage of.
All in all, my experience with Fenesta has been extremely disappointing. The delay, miscommunication, and poor sales practices have left me with a bitter taste. I wouldn't recommend Fenesta to anyone based on my experience.

I regret to say that despite Fenesta's good reputation in the market, their service has been nothing short of pathetic. Here are the issues I faced:
1. **Delayed Delivery**: The delivery was significantly delayed, and there was no proper communication either via mail or phone.
2. **Damaged Panels**: When the windows finally arrived, several panels were damaged. The replacement took an additional 15 days, and to my dismay, the replaced frames were even more damaged than the original ones. This led to yet another replacement.
3. **Lack of Supervision**: Despite repeated requests, no supervisors came to check the alignment and installation of the windows. The workers were left to handle everything on their own without proper oversight. Mr Santosh and Mr Yogesh are not helpful.
4. **No Accountability**: Nobody at Fenesta took responsibility for the poor service and repeated issues. Communication was nonexistent, and there was no effort to rectify their mistakes.
5. **Disposal Issues**: The damaged panels were left at my building, and I was told to dispose of them myself. This is unacceptable and unprofessional.
Overall, my experience with Fenesta has been extremely frustrating. I strongly advise against purchasing their windows. There are many better options available with superior service. Save yourself the hassle and avoid Fenesta.

Very poor service by fenesta
Aluminium windows took 90 days to get delivered. Complete material was not delivered even after 90 days of waiting. They took another 25 days to get the material. Again material was short. Its been 4 months post 100%payment and the site has not been delivered yet.
Fenesta just take 100% payment in advance and cannot meet their conditions. Suggest not to choose fenesta. There are many other brands available with better service.

We visited the Fenesta main office in Gurgaon last week to check out their UPVC/Aluminium doors and windows. Their customer facing agent (Karan Sharma) advised us that one of their Fenesta’s agent will contact us within a day for a home visit to give us a quote on our selections. We have followed up several times ever since and no one from Fenesta has bothered to return a call back to us. I am sorry to say but Fenesta needs to bring their best customer facing agents who are the face of their company and get rid of the ones who bring no good to their company’s core values. It is not only rude but disappointing that the company does not care about their customers. You’ve lost a customer and many more (who read this review)!

We invested in Fenesta windows for our whole house , a three floor house in Panchkula.
In two years , one of our bedroom windows was shattered. We lived mostly in Delhi and had come to Panchkula. our caretaker insisted he did not know how it happened-it happened on its own. The shattered window glass was in hundreds of pieces but holding in place weakly. We asked the Fenesta dealer from Chandigarh, who had installed it to look at it and explain. After all, we had installed it only because of the fact that it was supposed to be safe and shatterproof. The person came and told us
that they do not guarantee glass !
In the last six months , three more window glasses have met with the same fate- two on the second floor and one on the ground floor. What is going on? These fixed windows and we hardly use the second floor. The windows must be defective. I hope the company will replace the glass free of cost. We can pay for labour. Fenesta is a well known company. This is shocking and disturbing!
