I ran out of my Feminapause supplements and sent an email one Friday night for it to be dealt with first thing Monday,but instead Adele one of the team at Feminapause dealt with my order on Saturday and organised the order on Sunday and I received my order several days later. I was happy with the product but i am finding it hard to login into my account as i forgot my password and i am unable to reset my password.....as we moved houses all my orders are going to the old address and this whole experience is very unpleasant. unless i login into my account i cannot change my address. i have sent a number of messages using the customer service page but no response.

I started using feminapause 4 months ago as a friend recommended it to me. It took 3 weeks for me to notice a difference in myself. I feel so much better in many ways, my flushes have diminished and I have more energy. I love the fact that this family run business uses B12 & B6 in what I’m using. It really has made all the difference to me.

Totally changed my life - I have a large fibroid, so I am unable to take HRT. Feminapause has given me back my energy, balanced my moods and I have zero hot flushes! I couldn’t recommend this product more highly! The ladies who created this product deserve an honorary reward for women’s health!

This product has been a life saver and game changer.No more brain fog, I have more energy now ,mood swings are better and wow i sleep so much better no more restless nights wet through exhausted next day .I feel so much better.Tried HRT 3 different types made me ill and did not work I cannot recommend Femina pause enough.My husband was getting ready to build a patio because he couldn't live with me anymore and I was fed up with the way I felt exhausted, snappy, moody, uncomfortable could not consentrate and was so miserable .This saved our marriage and my life . I have been using feminapause for around 10 months and I’m so so pleased I’ve found a natural supplement which has not only helped me with my on-going Menapause issues I feel like me again! Sleeping much better, no hot flushes, I have more energy.
I love this product so much that I’ve purchased the cbd for the help of hair growth as my daughter has alopecia, there has most definitely been an improvement already. My mum is also using it, as they also cater for vegans.

I have been using feminapause for my menopause problems and it was great experience .i was very much satisfied with the products and really thankful to feminapause. the journey was very smooth but suddenly it shocked me when i ordered on17/12/22 and paid an amount of 89.90 BP but no ordered has delivered. aging an amount of 89.90 BP is deducted from my credit card and no order has made. I have sent the email on 28/4/2023 and explained the order status and informed that i have stopped my auto payment because of no delivery has made but no answer and I was waiting then wrote a review in trust pilot. Right after feminapause contacted me and explained their situation and apologized for inconvenience caused. They have sent my order right away and today I received it by FedEx. Thank you Femina pause for your kind and quick respond and I will continue my life again. Thank you so much.

My wife in the middle of last year at 49 years started to feel unwell, night sweats, anxiety, memory loss and within a month or two her periods stopped. Her Doctor diagnosed her with the early onset of the menopause. The diagnosis was a relief, she firmly believed she was having a mental health issue.
HRT was discussed but she has a close family breast cancer history and the GP pointed out the potential risks of taking HRT with that in mind.
The consequence was I needed to get on a rapid learning curve to understand the menopause and it’s effects and we both started researching for alternative therapies.
I came across Feminapause, we then both read the webpages together.
Have to admit a little dubious as we knew nothing of this type of supplement but we ordered.
Within in a week of taking Feminapause the night sweats reduced significantly, within two weeks the anxiety level’s diminished.
Within a month Steph felt better than she had in the last couple of years.
I think the Menopause for men is a complete challenge in understanding and I urge men to learn more.
During my learning and research I discovered Feminapause which has become a life changer for both of us.

I purchased the Menopause supplement and it is a great product. Customer service is good and delivery is quick.
Despite all comments I've had an excellent experience and would recommend using Feminapause!

I subscribed to Feminapause then got put on HRT by my doctor and forgot to cancel my subscription. I thought it was worth a try asking if I could get a refund and was pleasantly surprised when I was told I could and I was emailed a returns label. I knew it might take a bit longer to receive the refund as there was postal strikes, Christmas and New Year but they received my order the day after I posted it in December yet I'm still waiting for my refund. I emailed again on Monday to be told they would look into for me and let me know what's going on, still waiting. So at this moment in time I'm nearly £70 out of pocket.

I have been using Feminapause for around 2+ years and can honestly say it works for me!

I originally started after another sleepless night, night sweats and feeling anxious knowing that I was perimenopausal and searching the internet for a potential alternative to going to my doctor and came across Feminapause.

My symptoms stopped within a few days and now being in full menopause feel I have sailed through it compared to others that I know are on HRT.

I did stop a few months ago as potentially thought I didn’t need anymore, how wrong was I full menopausal symptoms came with a vengeance! I went back to Feminapause and again feel like my old self.

I have recommended to a few of my friends who also feel it worked and made them feel like themselves.

I am not one to write reviews but having seen some of the bad reviews on here it appears to be about delivery, cost with minimal about the product. For me yes it is expensive when you can get other solutions Cheaper but for me it works.

I’d say to anyone reading this that feels torn from reviews Please just try for yourself! My menopausal systems disappear and I feel normal on feminapause it might also work for you!

Awful product. Awful company. I posted 2 bad reviews on their website in 2021 after each order I received but they didn't make either of my bad reviews live (and they're not on their new template website in 2023 either) nor did they answer me when I questioned them about why my reviews weren't live. I was just ignored. They ONLY post good reviews on their website which makes me think they make them up. This is the only way I can share my bad experience because they don't control Trust Pilot. I had over 12 months of their product as they say - 'give it a chance' so I did but the little capsules didn't make any difference to any of my menopause symptons. Please don't waste your money on buying from this company Feminapause - see your doctor for proper advice for alternatives to HRT if you don't want to or can't take HRT. These 'marketing' ladies at Feminapause seem to just want your money. The amount of CBD is so miniscule it couldn't make a difference and the packaging falls apart. You've been warned.

I think for some women this product might work. It does seem to calm anxiety but I think it did make my brain fog worse. Ultimately, the reason for my one star is that I ordered two bottles and they arrived with the safety seals missing. This alarmed me and I emailed Adele at customer service who in previous dealings has always been helpful. She advised it was ok and recently some production had moved to china, I didn’t feel comfortable taking them without a safety seal. She agreed to replace them with two more bottles. This took some time but eventually they arrived. One had a seal and the other didn’t. I contacted Adele again and asked for a refund. A string of emails ensued and I had to really stick with it to get the refund. This took several emails and some further prompting to eventually get the money back for one bottle. There was no real apology and to my mind, this is an expensive high end product and there should be a better calibre of customer service. I don’t trust the product anymore so I’m not going to purchase it again.

I have been using Feminapause for two years now, and can not thank this empowering, female run business, enough.

Since entering the menopause, my anxiety, mental health, weight and physical appearance of myself, as well as many other physiological factors such as hot flushes, night sweats, insomnia, became drastically worse.

I sought help from my GP. My GP had advised me to go on HRT. And although I did, it isn’t something I felt comfortable with. I am a big believer in natural ingredients/remedies and outsourcing the elements your body needs from a healthy and balanced diet, exercise and regular TLC.

Although my additional efforts were helping somewhat, it wasn’t enough. My symptoms, especially my anxiety, just became increasingly worse, so therefore I decided to seek out a natural option that would provide that extra support I needed.

Not only did I find an incredible supplement that has truly changed my life. I found a community of women who were facing the same hardships as myself. I found a product and business that is built on the foundation of women supporting one another. That encourages women to speak up about the menopause because, at the end of the day, it’s normal And for that I am eternally grateful to Feminapause.

As someone who is a big believer in natural remedies and utilising life’s natural resources, I also know that sometimes, it’s just not enough. And being someone who lives a busy lifestyle, it’s hard to maintain or sustain the dietary requirements that can support the mitigation of my menopause symptoms.

Is just what I needed to feel like myself again. In an achievable, realistic and supported way.

"Feminapause" 3 times now for my wife. The last time the products did not arrive. As we were on vacation out of the country I sent an email asking for the product to be sent to me or a refund. I got a reply from unknown to me Adele that my package was sent on 14/06/22 along with a photo of a front door that is not mine, with Adele instructing me to find my package by this photo by walking around the streets in my area. I can't imagine that there is such simplicity and impudence. In the correspondence of 17 emails, there is not a single word of apology or regret. For this company, women who experience a difficult transitional moment (physical, emotional and mental change) are simply a means of accumulating money. I know from my wife that the one in question "nutritional supplement" does not affect it in a positive aspect. The company claims that the effect will occur after six weeks, which is not proven, but at the expense of this they will earn a lot of money. I do not know how a "nutritional supplement" can affect the physical , mental and emotional state of a woman. Obviously, it is not just a nutritional supplement. I decided to contact the authorized laboratories in the UK to check the content of "Feminapause" products.
My impressions of "Feminapause" are that these are arrogant, impudent and extremely greedy people who are not at all interested in anyone's health and only in profits. I recommend staying away from "Feminapause".

I question the efficacy and quantity of CBD, MCT, B6 and B12 to combat menopause. All this can be supplemented in greater quantities in your diet by buying key ingredients and adding to every meal / smoothie. . Best eat fresh flax, make bullet coffee with MCT oil. fortified foods, nuts, omega oils …. All this for better effect than this 1 tiny capsule at exorbitant price !!!!! I bit through mine and this minuscule dose isn’t going to impact menopause sorry 😢

Feminapause made me feel so much more like my old self and the effects were almost immediate. Although the night sweats did not disappear, they felt more manageable. My mood improved and I had more energy to be able to tackle the days. I would definitely recommend Feminapause.
