In line for the chat for 2h 20 min.

I was in line for the chat from 13.40 today to ask about becoming a customer. At first it said I was 3rd in line. After about 1h it said '9 min left'. 1 more hour and it said 1 min. That minute lasted for 20 minutes then the chat closed. I'm quite happy I didn't switch to fello.

From 70kr to 1450kr - Mafia warning!

I had a 70kr/month subscription. While moving home and country my August bill got lost in an ocean of admin mails. A month later that bill was in the hands of Intrum, an infamous debt collector which happily added a immediate premium. By the time I paid fello, Intrum had registered a case with Kronofogden, which in turn added another 900 kr on top, leading to a 1450 kr bill in less than 2 month!! That's a 2000% increase, or a 12000% yearly interest rate. Even by mafia standard this is a bit much.

I am sorry that this happen to you and we will look closer to the process. Normally you would receive multiple reminders, via both mail and SMS before it reaches Kronofogden. Just so you have time to pay before they add the "Kronofogden-fee"

Be aware when leaving Sweden to an EU country!!!

I have the exact same problem. The minute I left Sweden, my network was gone and I cannot use the phone at all, not even for calling and text messages!!! I did also make sure that Roaming was included and that I obviously does not work either.

Horrible company

Customer for over a year and customer service is terrible. Deactivated invoicing due to predatory charges added by Fello to my monthly bill. Now they won't reactivate out of country internet surf which is free and included in the service. Horrible company the worst customer service.

SIM suddenly doesn't work and lost all my unused surfing data.

My SIM card doesn't work and it says "SIM not provisioned" on the phone even if number still says it's active on my fello account. Furthermore, my unused surfing data also dissapears from my account. So I can't use my number to make/ receive calls, browsing on the internet and everything. This is so dissapointing because all Fello could offer was sending me a new SIM card which still means that I won't be able to use my number until the new SIM card arrives.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service, great value, no hassles. Our family has used Fello for a few years now and have no intention of changing. Why pay more for less?

Bad connection outside of sweden

Bad connection outside of sweden, to high prices if you compare to ex hallon where you can get 100 gb for same price as fellos 30 Gb ....

Hello Jesper! It was sad to hear. Unfortunately, we can not affect coverage abroad. When you are abroad you are no longer connected to our network (Telia) but to the foreign operator's network. You can then try to switch to another operator if you experience poor coverage of that operator in that country. It is just as in Sweden that there are several operators that have different good coverage in certain parts of the country. Unfortunately, we can not see disruptions or other network problems abroad. There are many offers out there on the market but we always want to offer a competitive offer with everything it entails in the form of available customer service, coverage and price. Really bad service

Really bad service, cut my data while abroad without information under 72 hours, did not reestablish the data automatically.
The customer service told that they probably sent an sms while my network was already cut (... so helpful of them).

We are truly sorry that you experienced our service in this way, it is not desirable from our side.
We have a cost limit as a security measure, in order to avoid an excessively high invoice.

However, this applies to outgoing traffic and incoming calls if you are outside the EU, so that you have not received our SMS if this is really unfortunate.

If you are going to travel again outside the EU where you do not have free roaming, please contact us in advance so we can help you to determine which prices apply and that we can also switch off any voicemail and mobile data to avoid this happening once more . Again, we are sorry that you had an experience that you are not satisfied with.
