Purchased on 27th March.
Emailed them and they said goods are in transit!This was 2 weeks ago and also a week later.
Tracking number link they sent doesn't work.
Unacceptable to be waiting 30 days for a delivery.
Avoid, Avoid Avoid.
When they tell you goods are in transit I can't cancel order and get refund !!

Placed an order over 2 weeks ago and haven’t received it yet. Customer service is nonexistent. They are a scam company that don’t deliver the products they are advertising. Luckily I went through Kalana so they are dealing with it for me.

Edit* sounds like a lot of excuses when it seems everyone is experiencing the same problems. If you’d put this much effort into replying on Trustpilot and making up lies to actually sorting out your orders then you wouldn’t have so many bad reviews.
Also my phone auto fills for my address and it seems to work with everyone else I use online.
Also I’ve got evidence of me emailing you about my order which I’ve sent it all over to Klarna.

After my first order I was told I had signed up for a subscription which I had not. I asked for proof of this but all they sent me was an image with a tick in a box which does indicate it was associated with my name. The delivery times are much longer than they advertise, there website states 4 to 8 business days , this order took 26 days. There correspondance is a waste of time, keep telling it is on its way but when you check the tracking it is stuck in the same place, what is the point of update when the parcel has not moved. There products are poor.
In response to your reply, I am not saying it was not delivered. I am only stating facts. Your website states quite clearly, delivery to UK address 4 to 8 business days, fact it took 26 days, also I asked for proof that I signed up to a subscription but you failed to provide this, as regards claiming for a product free is total rubbish.

I would not recommend ordering from this company based on my experience.
I placed an order (#FL101644) on April 10 and attempted to cancel it shortly after. At the time of my cancellation request, the only tracking update I had received stated “shipment information received,” which does not indicate that the item had actually been dispatched. In addition, I later received an email from the company on April 14 stating that my order was still in the “dispatch queue” and being prepared for handover to the carrier.
Despite this, my cancellation request was not processed, and I was told the order could not be cancelled.
I am now being required to accept delivery and return the item at my own expense, even though there was clear confusion and inconsistency in how the order status was communicated. Their own policy states that orders can be cancelled before processing and shipping, which I believe applied in this situation based on the information provided to me at the time.
Customer service responses have been slow and inconsistent. While they are now saying they will “review” the return shipping arrangements after delivery, they have not clearly confirmed whether they will actually cover the cost, leaving me in an uncertain position.
Overall, this has been a frustrating experience with poor communication and a lack of accountability. I would advise others to be cautious, particularly if you think you may need to cancel an order.

I have to be so carefull about overheating because it triggers my rosacea. I avoid hot yoga, saunas, and anything that raises my body temperature too much. Its limiting but necessary.

SHOCKING!!!! they sign you up to a subscription you didn’t sign up for, then when you try to cancel you have to email, they do not reply and then take another payment! On top of that the product that is supposed to remove dark circles doesn’t do a damb things avoid like the plague

Please be warned! They state clearly on their website buy 1 get 1 free. I received only 1 item. When queried they said it was a packing error and won't be sending the free item. They then further change their stance and said I should have order two items. This is utter rubbish. Do not trust them.

The worst pary of rosacea for me is the unpredictability. I can wake up with clear skin or a bright red face and I never know which it will be. Its frustrating trying to plan my day around potential flare ups.

I have ocular rosacea which affects my eyes too, not just my skin. My eyes get red and irritated easily. I'm using special eye drops and being carefull with my skincare routine near my eyes.

To be honest I wouldn’t give this company any stars.
I ordered from them two laser pens .#FL92406
I was waiting long time for delivery, received a lot contradictory emails from them. At last I received my order. First order wasn’t complete properly, also one laser pen wasn’t working.
I let them know about this problem. They ask me to proof it by making video. I sent them all what I could do and … no answer. They just carry on bombing my email with advertising.
I wouldn’t recommend to touch this site !!!

My rosacea improved dramaticaly after I stopped using harsh exfoliants and acids. I was damaging my skin barrier without realizing it. Now I focus on repairing and protecting my skin instead.

Since last year October I have purchased 12 bottles of dark spot corrector!
Why? Well, cause it helps me! I also happen every 2 months travel back to Europe, give my friends a bottle is better than getting perfume! So when i go back I made sure to always bring back 4 bottles for my girl friends, they love it so much. Besides, I get a great dinner when they receive their bottle of Feline!
Will keep on doing it, so I will be back to shop for more when I get back in May.
Only problem it takes ages to get here, thank God I do have patience at a ripe old age of 78yrs!
I will be back soon!

They say ‘from UK’. Lies. It’s drop shipped from China.
They say ‘priority post with Royal Mail’. Lies. I have an EVRI tracking number.
They say ‘delivery in 5-8 days’. Lies. It hasn’t left their factory after 12 days, let alone been delivered.

Even the response here is not accurate. I received an email saying the item is not yet despatched. It may be a genuine product (can’t comment on this yet) but the claims made on the website regarding UK manufacture and guaranteed shipping methods should be taken with a pinch of salt.

I only received my products a few weeks so I have not seen a massive change but I am in this for the long haul so I am going to report back when 12 weeks have passed which I think is a fare amount of time for a product. However, in my short time of dealing with Feline, I found their customer service team extremely helpful. I know there have been a lot of negative reviews about them but my experience is positive and I look forward to reporting back.
