Customer service is pretty much nonexistant. Quality on the shredders is very low and they are poorly built. They are not designed to be taken apart easily which is necessary when the blades need to be replaced. The bolts are easily stripped and the cases are warped. If you try to get help and they dont know what the solution is they will simply ignore your messages.

If you want a reliable extruder, I wouldn't recommend the one from Felfil. I've had problems with it the whole time. It's tedious! But the customer service is good. The customer service representatives are very knowledgeable and helpful.

Very helpful support when I had troubles setting up my machine, guided me through with pictures and explanations, and even offered to fix my mistakes in goodwill.

All in all very polite, helpful and patient customer Service, would recommend!

Well overpriced considering the design and production flaws. I emailed them about issues with the machines I just received, and they emailed back saying I had to print their upgraded parts to fix the issues. Don't pay for the assembled machine because you have to open it to fix wiring and misalignment issues to make it "work". Evo works with plastic pellets but not with shreds unless you mix the two, so be aware.

I bought the Felfill in high hopes with the aim of recycling my own filament on a regular basis.

I bought the entire setup of extruder, air path and spooler (excluding grinder)- the product and packaging were well above what I expected at this price point. Very impressed.

After a very steep learning curve, supported every step by the Felfil team (who were great!), I was only able to produce smaller quantities of useable filament, mainly due to issue with the material feed process - but as soon as this issue is sorted the Felfil will no doubt become a highly attractive setup for hobbyist users.

In summary: if you're looking to start your own recycling empire, this machine isn't for you. BUT - once the process is honed I think it's a potentially great product to help makers experiment, go to zero waste and reduce their costs - supported by a very professional Felfil team.

The extruder and spooler arrived on time. Start working with the extruder and after few days, the main power switch broke. Fulfil tech team didn't know how to find the issues. I was able to fix it by myself.
BUT the main issue is that this extruder and spooler cannot maintain a consistent diameter!!! I spent $1200 on this machine plus $500 on ABS material and west most of my material on trying to get this machine to produce 1.74mm' filament. It's start consistency then after hours the diameter change to 1.5 then 1.9 then 1.55 ... always diameter change. I try different process parameters (I'm a mechanical engineer working with plastic molding parts for 24 years) and still cant make good quality of 1.74 filaments.
From my side, it was the worst $1,200 I spent. Not recommending at all.

Well, I have not actually used it yet but it is very well built. Looking forward to getting it setup and spooling some filament ;-)

Hello, I have not received an answer from my last email, is my proposal possible?. Please let me know.

This is due to a lack of critical updates that should be provided to customers when making a significant purchase such as the one I made. I should not have to inquire about issues that may arise that delay my order explaining why my package has still not arrived since the order date of February 4th, and it is currently February 27th. However, the update I did get about the delay on February 24th from Fabrizio as a reply to my inquiry said that the delay was due to issues regarding a supplier and that it should ship next week. Which I have no problem with I just would expect to be given information suh as that out of the spirit of customer service.

Another thing that I somewhat bothered me was that it was not until after I made my purchase that I was emailed about a 15% off of the Evo Basic kit which is the item I ordered. So, I hope that they will retroactively apply this to my order which I also inquired about but have yet to receive a response to that request.

For the moment, I need to realise a box for the extrudeur. Everything, seems OK.
I will try asap.
A little regret. I thought that the explenations to use an Arduino were included . The proposed mounting is more basic.

The qualification is because I made the purchase more than 2 weeks ago and I still do not receive confirmation that the equipment has been sent, they have a bad communication with the client because the emails do not respond; I am getting to think that it is a scam and that it will be time to look for the legal part

Machines work perfectly. I already mixed up coffee beans, scissor powders but I see no problem so far.

great machine, easy to use. I watched come review online that scared me, but everithing was clear, easy and direct with me.

It's a recommendable purchase
I bought it and I must say its finish it's excellent and all stuff fit together without any trouble; and, last but not least, their assistance via e-mail has been fast and exhaustive.
You've only to add some easily available components (Arduino Uno, LCD1602, rortary encoder, 4 mosfet board, ACS712,MAX6675 and a 30A chinese power supply) and to make some minor adjustment to FelfilFirmware to conform to different processor pinout.
Voilà, you can begin to save money!
