I placed my order on April 8, for a pair of elastic laces, and rec’d an order confirmation. I emailed on May 11 for an update. They responded on June 8 with this: “ Thank you for reaching out to us. I sincerely apologize for my delayed response.

As some time has passed since your last email, I wanted to check whether your orders have since been delivered. Once I know the current status, I'll be happy to assist further and explore the best resolution available.”

I replied later that day that I hadn’t heard anything from them, and reached out again on July 25th for an update and refund.

As of July 30, no correspondence, product or refund. I’m not sure if dealing with a different company than the other reviews but I wouldn’t classify their CS as competent, much less great.

Took awhile being overseas, but happy about this product. Brilliant idea.

I'm grateful that I got exactly what I ordered, this time. I like their shoelaces and the variety of laces, both in style and lengths. I will be ordering again for our family's needs.

The shoelaces are very good, but delivery time was fairly long. However, they finally came and are now happily in my shoes.

super cool and fit my knee high converse perfectly, love the color, they did take a while to arrive but I wasn't surprised nor was I in a rush to get them

I was pleased with the product, but the shipping process was very long. By the time I received the order, I no longer needed it as it was for a trip. I would not recommend ordering from this company if you need the product quickly.

Just what I wanted, except that it does not come in cream color, so I settled for white. It was easy to use the website. Shipping is reasonable, considering that it comes from Europe.

All went well but I probably wouldn't have placed the order if I had known it was shipped from Europe.

My first order got lost in the mail. Their customer service was top notch. They sent the order again and I received it two days ago. Very happy with the laces. Just what I ordered and wanted. I highly recommend this company. Great job.
