DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
If you receive the correct item, you might be lucky and it might be all OK, but if you have reason to contact them or return an item, you will have a really awful experience. I have never left a review before, but so bad was my experience, here it goes:
- both of the products I ordered it turns out they no longer made, but they continue to advertise them on their website
- without any prior discussion they sent me one item (steel legs) which were different to my order, telling me it was a free upgrade.
- they cancelled my other item without telling me
- when I rejected the steel legs sent, they agreed to a refund and said they would arrange collection.
- 21 days later, after multiple chasing emails on my part and lies on their part about having made attempts via UPS to collect the item (I have a Ring Doorbell camera - there were no attempts), they then agreed for me to drop off the item at a UPS collection point. They then never provided me with the necessary details so I could actually do this
- more chasing email, this time ignored, so I telephoned them. It seemed like some warehouseman untrained in properly answering the telephone handled my call, only to tell me to just dispose of the legs and that they would make a refund. He could not confirm that UPS had even been instructed.
10 days later, no refund. No response to my further emails.
Disgraceful. It's now with my credit card company.
PLACE AN ORDER AT YOUR PERIL!

Dreadful company

Dreadful company - chasing for over a month no refund. Screamed at down the phone. Made threats down the phone and breached GDPR all in one fell swoop.
Needless to say - legal action to be taken.
Inventory and stock clearly not a job done here.
Rude - late and altogether a waste of space.

12 months on, no refund…

My wife ordered table legs and bench, and paid £589.99 in February 2025. Order numbers 1839 and 1840. Table legs arrived, damaged. Bench never arrived, they told us supplier issues. Refund requested for both items, and we packed up legs for return as requested, and chased for them to be collected. Told to keep them and refund for both items would be processed. One year on, still no refund. Business owner’s name not on website (which it should be) . Firm name has a registered trademark, but no entry in trademark register for that name. Eyes should be wide open if you are considering buying from this business.

Don’t order from this company

Don’t order from this company. Lack of communication, took a month to arrive, constantly chasing, found their number on chat, extremely rude on the phone ,customer service does not exist. Just avoid, dreadful. Would never use again or recommend.

Your order was for a custom-made frame (not a standard stock item), which we produced at no extra charge. Before placing the order, we advised that this specific item would require approximately 12 working days to fabricate. Despite this, you requested delivery by the 29th—before our production timeframe had been completed.

Once the frame was ready, you also asked for delivery on a specific day. To accommodate this, we arranged with DHL to meet your request, which required rescheduling outside of their normal process.

While we regret that the timeline didn’t match your expectations, our team worked hard to ensure your custom frame was completed and delivered as quickly as possible. We’ll take your feedback on board as we continually strive to improve our communication and service.

Outstanding product

Great product very robust and exactly as described. Communication post sale due to dhl delivery experience wasn’t the best but that doesn’t detract away from the quality of the product

Awful customer service

Despite asking a reasonable question - when to expect delivery, 12 working days after ordering and after receiving a dispatch notification from their order system but no tracking info, I had to send 3 emails and phone them to get a rude 1 line email in response. No confidence my order will ever arrive given I've been told twice now that it would be despatched "next week".

A shame, as I would like to be able to support a local business and the product was exactly what I was looking for. They badly need to hire a customer service person.

Great product just a shame about…

Great product just a shame about delivery times, stated 10-12 on day 15 I emailed as no update. They at least replied to email stating next week, Week later no update still no delivery , emailed again and was told it had just been dispatched, 4 weeks all in all. No protective caps on base of legs and was told have to buy them seperately. God sake just add £10 to the cost of product and include them. Real shame as product is well made

Regarding the protective caps — we offer these as an optional extra because customer preferences vary: some prefer adjustable inserts, some prefer fixed caps, and some choose not to use them at all. This allows each customer to select what best suits their needs.

Quick delivery and super helpful

Delivery was very quick, quicker than the expected date which was great. Very happy with the quality of the table legs that we bought. When we realised that we had made a mistake and ordered them unfinished the staff couldn’t have been more helpful - they kept the shop open late so that I could take them in and finished them for us super quickly. Really kind, helpful and very happy with our purchase. Would recommend

Would not consider using again.

Would not consider using again.
1) ordered on 31st March, got the desk legs on 25th April. didn't even ship until 14 business days after order. Not the 10 days promised.
2) Shipment arrived in two parts with out any notifcation.
3) When I queried the order I got a rude 1 line reply.
4) Cross bar is different finish to legs.
5) Feet are just raw metal, so will scratch up your floor unless you add plastic/wood/etc cap to the bottom.
For the price, im disappointed.

Bad service - Good product (95% of it anyway)

Order #1771. Great website, nice product and the turn around from ordering to delivery was good.... However, One of the bracing components was machined far to long and was unusable. I emailed immediately for a replacement and after a few emails back and forth I was under the impression they was sending out a replacement but they haven't and even though I chased some more we are now 4 months on with a few unresponded emails. I think its safe to say they're not going to bother.

This company is one to avoid!!

This company is one to avoid one they will not reply to you. Second like another review said about quality control it’s unsafe as the ends of the legs are sharp and have not been filed down so easily cut your hands on them. The package doesn’t prevent the legs from being damaged as there are chips in the powder coat. As well as this I have only had half of my order and no update on the rest. So don’t order from here the website far outshines the services very unprofessional won’t recommend. Just to add more to this review because they have seen this and now refusing to send the rest of my order that’s is paid for! Very professional company!!

The legs are solid, in great condition, and absolutely perfect

First and definitely the last time I…

First and definitely the last time I use this firm as I have been disappointed with their customer service and the poor quality of my service and in particular my order .
The 3 items , 2 x A frame sides and central support bar arrived well packed despite the delivery note of the bar that arrived a few days prior to the sides stating the order had been fulfilled. I would suggest that ‘ 1 item of 2 ‘ would be useful to help customers understand the remaining parts were not part of this specific order.
So moving on I found the internal edges of both side frames has been left with vicious sharp edges that with a little thought and care are easily removed with a file !
So moving on to assembly and obviously quality control must have been at lunch as 2 of the captive female nuts were misaligned thus preventing the short supplied bolts not able to easily and correctly screw through the pre - drilled support bar holes and into the captive nuts .
For an engineering firm these faults are unforgivable in my opinion.
What to do ? Shall I re wrap the 3 pieces and return?
No I decided to fix it my myself by sheering off the captive nuts from the inside and then drilling right through the mild steel A frame top rail and then securing with a 3 1/2 bolt , washers , nuts etc.

As a ex professional wood & metal worker of 37 years I consider this product poor quality, carelessly made , obviously not inspected before despatching .

I have photos of the sharp edges, misaligned captive nuts , faulty captive nuts removed etc

FURTHER to the response from FEETT I notice there is no mention of the issues raised regarding the poor quality of their product and rather than address them felt the need to make personal comments.
Unfortunately this rather unprofessional approach does not enhance the reputation of FEETT

We also offer a full refund on all orders if they are damaged or not suitable in anyway. We have no issues and will go above and beyond to resolve any issues our customers face.

Mr Andrew Matthews after inspecting our product has decided he would still keep the product from us then return it back to us.

This would suggest that our product is actually not as horrendous and unforgivable as he makes out.

Mr Andrew Matthew has also decided to leave this misleading review on Christmas day at 7pm.

I think this clearly sums up Mr Matthews and the Christmas he has had.

Mr Andrew Matthews as previously stated we offer refunds for all orders that are damaged or not suitable. We can not comment on the damages you have, as you have not once emailed us to make us aware of any damages nor have you sent any images of the damage item for us to inspect and advise.

Had you of done either we would have worked with you to resolve any issue you have experienced.

Instead you haven chosen to sabotage a UK based company.

Even though you have drilled through and damaged the legs if they are not what you expected please return them back to us and we will give you a full refund.
