I have been taking the reformed vanilla collagen matcha for the last 3 months now and I absolutely love it. It tastes so nice, not grassy at all like some others I have tried. I'm a lot less bloated and dont get that tried crash in the afternoons anymore. Definitely worth it.

I left my coffee in my glass cup that comes with the set and it was exploded causing a huge amount of damage if I had been in the room at the time I would be in hospital with extreme injuries from the glass, I cannot urge how dangerous this is . Please be very careful

Beware: this company will attempt to debit your account on the very first try.
- If you try to cancel or dispute, they claim they can’t recognise you or locate you, even as they continue debiting your account twice a month for £45.
- You provide all details (name, bank account, even a copy of the first payment), but they still say they don’t know you. They come across as a scam team.

Terrible customer service, took ages to deliver then when I finally got it the bag was ripped inside and the mini whisk had been used. Safe to say I won’t be ordering again.

Amazing blend of matcha I expected to be like all the rest but with the 10g of protein in and lions mane the benefits make it so much better it’s the best I’ve ever tried I’ve got the vegan collagen matcha would definitely recommend!
Either mix with water or milk of choice and add syrup!

Absolutely amazing customer service and phenomenal product. Both the Matcha and coffee taste amazing and very high quality.

Avoid this company. They put CPAs on your account at ridiculous values without any permission. They then make it as difficult as possible to get your money back. My issue has been going on for over a month now. Customer service a shambles, to compound the problem they don’t appear to have a helpline.

Just thought this product was going to be another protein shake gimmick! But omg I was definitely wrong.. amazing taste with milk or water and I have noticed a massive improvement within my overall health. I can not imagine myself ever stopping purchasing this product that’s for sure, I highly recommend.

I’ve just started using reformed coffee and am enjoying the product so far. I’ve decided to change from the vanilla coffee to the mocha this month which I found very easy to do. My frother has unfortunately stopped working so I emailed customer service and got a very prompt reply from Roderick who has a new one in the post for me. Very good customer service.

Was using this for the past 3 months, they had an offer on if you recommended a friend they’d give them £10 off with your link plus £10 off for yourself. So I recommended my mum and she got the same stuff as me and started the subscription with £10 off. But the £10 off voucher for me never came. I emailed them asking about it and to check it will come off my next subscription. Just got ignored and now the money had come out of my bank. Cancelling both subscriptions. I don’t like using companies that just ignore the customer like this!

I purchased this fully aware it was a subscription, so that's not the issue. The issue is how difficult it is to cancel. The process is unnecessarily complicated, and even after following the cancellation steps, I still had to email customer support because it wasn't clear whether it had actually been cancelled.
The product itself was also disappointing. It has a gritty texture that doesn't go away, regardless of how it's prepared. I've tried a frother, hot water, hot milk, cold water, and cold milk, and it's still grainy.
A good product shouldn't require customers to fight through a cancellation process, and it certainly shouldn't feel unpleasant to drink. Not recommended.

I went for the black coffee Love the taste. Love the effect.
The site was very clear it was a subscription. I did cancel mine before it renewed. It was quite simple to do.
But I do regret this as its much better than I expected. So I will subscribe again

I’m so genuinely happy taking feel reformed matcha! It’s an easy and healthy start to my day. I take the vanilla matcha with oat milk and have been doing this for a month and already my skin is glowing! My hair genuinely feels thicker and most of all my gut health and overall health feels so much better! I feel like I have an abundance of energy! I absolutely recommend this product!

Placed an order that has taken over 7 days to arrive when promised when paying for express shipping it would have arrived in 3 days. It did not leave their warehouse until the day it was supposed to arrive.
The day Royal Mail was supposed to deliver they did not even attempt.
CS team slow to respond to start with until they understood I wasn't going away with basic bot responses.

I ordered once to try their matcha only to find a month later that I subscribed. I have not subscribed at any point during the check out to receive monthly stock. However it is so well worded so you don't know you subscribed even after they send you the package. Reading my email inbox on the day I received it, they say "Here is your free creatine from us". As if they didn't withdraw money from my account. Investigating it, I found that they took money this month too and can do this once you provide them your bank details for any purchase. That's fraudulent. Do not trust it. As soon as I find out how to get in the subscription (because IT'S NOT STRAIGHTFORWARD) you press cancel, an add pops up, anything to stop you from stopping them taking your money.

Reformed has everything in it you need collegan, matcha and all the vitamins and minerals you need all in one drink which is very tasty.
