I ordered sandals with FedEx Express shipping at £13—more than double Royal Mail's £6—specifically because I needed them before traveling. I emailed Feelgrounds beforehand to confirm this timeline, and they assured me the order would arrive on time.
They shipped late. When delivery delays became apparent, I immediately requested to cancel the order. Feelgrounds ignored my emails for an entire week—only responding after the package had already been delivered with a generic "we're doing our best" message.
Since then, I've sent approximately 10 follow-up emails with no response whatsoever. No accountability or attempt to make it right. Just silence.
What you're paying for: Expensive shipping for no guarantee, with customer service that doesn't respond. If anything goes amiss with your order, you're on your own.
Save your money and order elsewhere. There are plenty of better companies out there.
