Great product Great price and free delivery

I ordered from them on 16th January and was advised a 23/26th Jan delivery. On the 23rd I emailed them as I had not received a dispatch notification. They confirmed that the order had been dispatched. I requested the tracking number on 26th Jan and they replied that the courier was having issues. They provided the tracking which showed that the Royal Mail ticket had not even been raised until that day on 26th Jan. They gave me a new delivery date of 29-1st Feb. They also confirmed that they had processed a 5% refund… which has not been received as a of yet. The tracking has not updated since 26th Jan. When querying this and asking for a refund I was told that “we dispatched promptly (huh!) and they would chase with Royal Mail”. I have not heard back since. I do not appreciate being lied to and today I have had to dispute the charges ORDER FG13867

Ordered aftershave was given delivery date never arrived contacted them got some cock and bull story about being very busy ,was then told order would be sent that day ,what a joke told them just wanted refund which I did get back Never again

Placed an order on 17th Nov ( order number FG12013) with estimated delivery date of 24th - 28th Nov. On 22nd Nov got email saying they hadn't forgotten me but " due to high volume of orders" they were experiencing delays and offering a discount code for future orders ( NOT A CHANCE!). It is now 12 December. I've emailed twice and been ignored. I've got nothing. I'm going to have to get my product from another company as I cant risk it not arriving for Christmas. Very very disappointed. Dreadful company. Avoid !
