I’ve been waiting for an order that was due to arrive latest 11 April. I have emailed them 3 times now but no response. Their telephone number doesn’t work. I’ll have to dispute the charge with my bank. Very disappointing.

Same as all the other bad comments.
No goods,No Refund.
Plenty of Rubbish E-Mails.
Letting my Bank deal with them now.

Ordered from my Beauty and Received my After Shave in 4 days!

I ordered Yves Saint Laurent Black Opium on 7 April, paid £117 for 150 ml. Money taken out of my husband’s account, as was to be part of my birthday present for 19 April. Was told that delivery would be between 15 to 17 April. No show. Tried ringing, number just cuts off. Sent email, received a standard response to say that they would contact me within 24 huurs. Rubbish!!!!!! I am going to raise this disreputable company with trading standards and will now get my husband to raise a dispute with his bank as I know they are a pure disgusting scam!!! PEOPLE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL BE RIPPED OFF AND HAVE THE TROUBLE OF HAVING TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK

Placed an order on the 28th March for two bottles of perfume two weeks later one bottle arrived once I signed for the package there was nothing to say there was only one bottle in there. I’ve chased the 2nd bottle ever since to start with they were helpful then they stopped responding to my emails.

Update: A week after writing this review I received an email stating perfume was now on its way arrived a week later but still no communication from seller.
Shame as prices are good but customer service is poor.

Order never received.
Still waiting on refund.

I've used this site before & had no problems before.
Highly disappointed this time.
Placed my order 3/4/2024.
Was given estimate delivery between 11-15 April.
Still not received,sent emails no response back, also asked for refund. Phone line appears to be dead.

I have wanted this perfume for years but could never justify up to 80 pound a bottle.I could not believe my eyes when I saw what Id been looking for for years popped up and for only 31pound a bottle and free delivery.I was so excited when it turned up just a couple of days after.THANKYOU👍👍👍

Placed an order on 11 March, it never arrived. I chased this twice, given flimsy excuses as why it had not even been dispatched.

I requested a refund 3 weeks ago, which they agreed but of course its never materialised. I have now raised a dispute with my credit card company.

I can see I am not alone in this experience. Lesson learnt here, check reviews before ordering from a new company.

SCAM Company

I placed an order on 18.03.2024, an order that was not sent but my money was taken.
After cancelling the order a Full refund was promised yet I'm still here 10 business days later with no sign of said refund.

Now having to go through my bank to claim the money back

Terrible company - Do not use

Like most of you on here are saying, I too have been scammed in the same way. I placed an order on the 18th March for them to take my money £300 and then to be given a delivery date for 26th to 28th March. This in itself annoyed me as the site never said the goods were out of stock. I waited for this date to never receive a delivery tracking as per my order confirmation email, so after calling the disused telephone number I soon started to realise that something was not right. I then emailed to get a reply saying it has gone missing on delivery and that a new item would be sent out immediately and that I would be in receipt of the goods in 3 to 5 working days. This never materialised also, so I emailed again to ask for a refund in which I received a reply stating that a cancellation of my order has been made and that I will be refunded in full to my account, which could take up to 10 working days which is rubbish. 2 weeks has since elapsed and no refund has been made into my account.

It is clear that most on here are experiencing a very similar situation.

There is no doubt about it, that this company is a scam and that I can only think that the 5 star reviews on here must of been made up by the scammer to make the web site look more genuine when in fact it is a real scam.

I have since done a bit of digging and would like to share the information with all that have been scammed.

This information and more can be found on the GOV website. Also on this web site there is a contact tab where it is possible to report this company for its unlawful behaviour. The executive will investigate.
For those that are unaware, you can raise a dispute with your bank through internet banking. It takes a few minutes to fill the form in and the bank will temporarily recredit you your loss whilst it investigates. The more that carry this out the better chance we will have of justice.

Hello... I am contacting you regarding a refund that I have not received..
I placed an order on 25.03.2024, an order that was not sent and for which they took my money and you did not return it immediately if you did not have the product in stock, I still waited for the fictitious deadline that you had given in the email and after which I notified you and canceled your order on 04.05., legally if he didn't send your order the money had to be returned immediately to the buyer ... even today I haven't received the refund.. .if the money is not sent today, I will take you to court

Shocking company, goods ordered never to be seen, excuses about being lost and promises of refund that never appeared, why are these companies allowed to continue trading, I am £90 out of pocket and as a pensioner can I’ll afford this, they are a scam .
Trading standards should take a look

Placed an order on 9th April for next day delivery and didnt receive any confirmation for delivery and they took money! Contacted them over email several times but no response.

Still waiting.

Scam company! Do not USE!

Similar the previous reviews, delivery had not arrived after the suggested time period so I emailed back, was given a re-order date, time period once again exceeded, emailed back given another date, after this date was exceeded I requested a refund in which they said refund will take up to 10 days, still haven’t received anything 12 days on and they appear to have stopped replying

Order made on March the 8th. Order never received. Many polite emails from them apologising and promising to 'resend' item. Still no item received. Refund requested and promise of this having been done. No refund received yet, as of 15th April. Absolute scam of a company. I don't know if I had received the goods whether they would have been legitimate or not now. Would never recommed this company and will definitely never use them again.

Very affordable price

Ordered Versace Dylan Turquoise on 5th March 2024, received no dispatch order, delivery date came and went and emailed and was told it’s the courier who must have lost it and they would send out a replacement, getting closer to Easter, still no sign of order, excuses being made that it’s coming up to Easter, eventually lost the will and asked for a refund. Was informed on 25th March refund had been issued and funds would be in my account in 3-5 working days but may take up to 10. Waited the 10 working days and still no sign of the refund by 10th April so have had to open a dispute with my bank. Outrageous company, must be going down the gutter and selling items they don’t even have in stock. Never again

Lovely perfume that I've previously bought but not at such a good price. Would have given 5 stars but delay on promised delivery date.

Do not order from this company. Despite the tempting discount on products it really is not worth the hassle- ultimately you loose money! I am £70 out of pocket as my order has supposedly been shipped (twice!) and not arrived (twice!) needless to say the refund they were issuing within 3-10 days has still not arrived either. An absolute shambles. Do not support this scam by buying from them.
