Order acknowledgment failure
Order placed, no initial email confirming the order was received at their end. Only my print-screen was a proof in case I wanted to claim something. Total silence from both email and FB channels, no one answered after 3 days now. Order was meanwhile received, all went fine, but this system bug?? should be checked internally. No remediation measure was put in place after acknowledgment of issue (no email, no invoice).

Goods received but a bit slow.
I received the order, but 4 stars as it took so long that I activated the Trusted Shops Guarantee as I thought it wasn't going to arrive. (the order showed as shipped after 1 day) Ordered 10th April, received 22nd. No response was received to enquiries made on the site.
So, all ok in the end, just a bit slow.

Gerne teilen wir Ihnen mit, dass Ihre Bestellung am 15.04.2025 unser Haus verlassen hat. Die Pakete werden immer dienstags und donnerstags versendet und die Lieferzeit beträgt in der Regel 3-5 Werktage. Die Zustellung erfolgte am 22.04.2025 innerhalb dieser Frist. Da die Bestellung an einem Donnerstag Nachmittag bei uns aufgegeben wurde, können wir verstehen, dass durch das Wochenende die Lieferzeit sehr viel länger erscheint. Wir würden empfehlen dienstags oder donnerstags bis 12 Uhr zu bestellen, dann geht das Paket noch am selben Tag in den Versand. 😊
