I relocated from Ohio to Arizona last year and my previous TRT provider could not transfer my care across state lines. I was without medication for almost 6 weeks before I found Feel30. They had me set up with a nurse visit within 2 days and my prescription shipped the following week. I cannot say enough about how seamless that process was during a very stressful time in my life. Grateful.

I signed my husband up in February and the initial experience was wonderful. The nurse was prompt, his doctor was thorough, and he started feeling better within a few weeks. However when it came time for his second set of labs there was a scheduling issue and nobody reached out to let us know. I emailed twice before getting a response. The care itself is very good but the communication between appointments needs improvement. I would give them another chance but they need to be more proactive.

I want to be fair here because the clinical side is genuinely good. My provider is knowledgeable and has taken the time to adjust my protocol based on labs rather than just keeping me on a standard dose. That part is above average compared to the two other TRT clinics I've used. Where it falls short is the operational side. My second refill was delayed by almost two weeks with no proactive communication. I had to email three times before getting a response, and by that point I was running low. For a subscription-based medical service, running out of medication because of an internal delay is not acceptable. They sorted it out eventually and support was helpful once they got involved, but I should have to chase down my own prescriptions. If they tighten up the fulfillment side this would be a 5 star company. For now its a 3.

After years of driving to a lab every three months I finally found something that works for me. The nurse arrived at my home right on time, very courteous and professional, in and out in a few minutes. My clinician called me back the same week to go over results and I never felt rushed. Everything is included in the monthly price just like they said. I appreciate that more than they probably know. Thank you to the Feel30 team.
