I bought a large tub of natural Vitamin E, but unfortunately neither of my horses liked it. When I contacted them to cancel my subscription, they handled it quickly and without any fuss. They even kindly sent out an alternative product free of charge to help with fussy eaters.

Their shipping is also lightning fast. Thank you, Feedmark, for such excellent customer service! 🐴

Have bought Bestflex from Feedmark for years but disgusted that having put the price up 10% in July 25 they have just increased it by another 35% !!!! Large size has gone from £329 to £359 to £480. How is this justified???

I've always had good service from feedmark until recently. I tried to use their 50% off discount code. On the text and website pop up it clearly said 50% off EVERYTHING. I tried to use the code to buy a bespoke order and I wasn't allowed. I emailed to ask and I was told terns and conditions applied. There was no mention of this on the advertising. I queried it and was again told the same. I've since had similar marketing about the code that now says terms and conditions apply. Very naughty Feedmark, I'm going to report this to Trading Standards. There are lots of other similar comments on Facebook.

Nothing is too much trouble! I have used them for about a year and one time what I ordered, one ingredient was out of stock but I was communicated with and it still was delivered the next day. I also have used their advice service which I messaged in on a Sunday around 11pm and I was given a response the next day before 10am. I’ve also just had DPD loose my parcel and they have sent it out today again, honestly so easy to deal with and I will be a customer for life! Great products too and always great discounts on them which makes things even better!

Have recently switched from another supplement provider and this is my second order where there was a courier problem which was immediately sorted.
Great customer service, on tap nutritional advice and good prices.

Love this company - I've been using them for at least 10 years and find their products brilliant and their service excellent. Yesterday I took delivery of a 10kg refill bag of Clitheroe's Garlic and a big tub of Clarity. The box was slightly battered on arrival and was leaking garlic granules. Definitely a courier problem rather than Feedmark. However, Feedmark couldn't have been more helpful - I sent some very bad photos of the box and contents with garlic all over the place this afternoon and will have a replacement for more than the lost weight of garlic tomorrow - what's not to love!

I have been using feedmark products for a number of years now. Their products all seem to work well. They are always well packaged and arrive the next day. Special offers are good and if you need to speak to someone about a certain product they have always been very helpful and knowledgeable. The only thing I would like them to change is, when you order a refill bag rather than a tub you only get a pound off which doesn't seem much point so I usually always order another tub. The empty tubs always come in handy for something!
