Wouldn’t have give any stars. Ordered a meal through their app and got wrong meal. When I complained to the restaurant I got abuse. Made 3 attempts to complain to Feedbelly but got ignored. PayPal won’t cover it as it’s food. Appears you can get ripped off and nobody cares. Do not use their app.

Abysmal customer service
Only got such a high rating because I couldn’t give no stars.
Ordered a meal via this company that was delivered 2 1/2 hours after the stated time and only after multiple calls to the restaurant listening to the lis of “it left 2 minutes ago” etc....
Raised a case with feedbelly and PayPal and the company has still not responded a month later.

Most expensive takeaway I have ever had!!!
I ordered a takeaway through this app on the 3rd September 2017! Came to £12.85.. I payed via PayPal on my card.. They have took the payment through this and also taken another 3x payments out of my bank account for the service I had on 3rd september.
I will never order off of this site again.. Has cost me 4x the amount of payment and has left me with no money whatsoever for my children!

Placed an order said they delivered to our area had three phone calls telling us what time our food would be delivered had confirmation on my account aswell . The time came round and past when we were expecting delivery to see we had our order cancelled from the restaurant with no explanation !! Not a good reliable service ...... Not happy would never use again
