Their IT-system is not working, their drivers are using old technologies (10 year old navigation system without software upgrade), their customer service is totally helpless (and unfriendly). They are all lost.

Invoice dispute with TNT/FedEx…
I received an invoice from FedEx Express/TNT Buchhaltung asking me for customs payment for a delivery that does not involve me at all. I live in Berlin, and the transaction is between a company in the UK and in Velbert in Germany. I tried to contact their number but no response. Now I am waiting for the email response from them to fix this issue but I am extremely worried that I will have to pay the Mahnung if it doesn’t get fixed in time. This is very frustrating for me, and their customer service couldn’t help me as only the Buchhaltung can fix this mix-up/scam!
Update March 11, 2022: I called the Buchhaltung number and they just picked up the phone without speaking and put the phone down. I can hear their typing but they are are not speaking nor do they want to help.

The worst experience in my entire life!!!!!!! The returned my package back to the sender ..... saying that there were too many packages to be taken care of ..... so without discussing with me ...or informing me .... they took the liberty to send it back! Man .... if they have too much work to do .... they can hire more people!
