I am receiving assistance from the Federal Tax Law Group to address my ongoing tax issues. Federal Tax Law is excellent and was so lucky to have gone with this Company. All the staff were awesome; but Donya Bennett and Jamie Hayward made it all possible. I had a lot of back taxes but got reduced to a manageable amount to fit my Budget.
You have to be patient with Federal Tax Law , as will explain with the IRS there is a process. So my advice is to not push. This company has your best interest!! Thank you Donya and Jamie!!

Looks like my experience was standard practice. I paid for a review of my situation, the representative could not find time to call me back, so they gave me a refund. Except I've been waiting for over a month for it while their employee makes excuses and blames me, the client. Apparently management approval takes weeks, just like everything else takes too long here. I'm very glad I dodged a bullet. I eventually got a refund, that isn't the issue. It was the difficulty and ineptitude along the way that was a waste. Thank you for the reply but no thank you.

From the beginning FTLG has taking the stress level off the table. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. When I have questions and I call they return my calls

Not happy with how my situation was handled I feel they should have known better you filled taxes that did not belong to me I sent my w2s and I understand my master file said differently but know body ever asked and confirmed

So my review was taking down because I said a direct name. But reviews with praise can have a name and stay up. So this time I'll refrain from names and see if my review of been Horribly Serviced by Federal Tax Law Group stays up because it's the truth and I have ALL my receipts to prove it. Every conversation I had with them they led me to believe everything would be fine and it's under control in actuality They didn't do anything I couldn't have done myself only difference I would have done it in a timely manner and would have not been neglected. I paid for a service that I did not receive which in fact made me lose it all inwhich if they would have done what I paid them for would not have happen. Like I said Very Very Poor service a straight rip off job.
