Their customer service is very poor.

Their customer service was very poor and I had to keep telephoning them.
When I recieved my phone bill there was a massive extra charge.
Fed Ex has their customer service line set as a premium call line.
These people create the need to call by giving very poor service, then charge you massively when you call.

What are you employing ??

Had an e.mail informing me that my parcel was being delivered tomoro (fri20th) then today i had 1 telling me they had missed me as i wasnt in ..hmmmm earlier on today i was looking through my window ( which is a large shop window) i saw a guy with a small parcel..ok i thought not mine and an hour or so later my neighbour (another shop) came round with said parcel and had been told by the delivery driver that i wasnt in ???!!! YOU COULDNT WRITE IT !!! buck up Fed Ex !!! TRAGIC !!!?

I am encountering a frustrating experience with FedEx regarding a package delivery that has raised significant concerns for me. Despite my clear communication, including three written refusals—each accompanied by a signature—FedEx has persistently attempted to deliver a prescription package that I cannot accept.

Here's a breakdown of what has happened and proving to be ongoing.

Repeated Delivery Attempts: FedEx has continued to show up at my door, attempting to deliver a package that I have explicitly refused. This ongoing situation not only disrupts my day but also adds unnecessary stress.

Documentation Ignored: I have provided written refusals, which should have been sufficient for FedEx to halt delivery attempts. The fact that they have not acknowledged or acted on this documentation raises questions about their customer service protocols.

Potential Costs:: The package in question contains an incorrect prescription. If this package is continued to be delivered, it could lead to significant financial implications for me. Not only would I be financially responsible for an incorrect prescription, but the potential health risks associated with receiving the wrong medication are concerning.

In conclusion, this experience has been incredibly disappointing. FedEx needs to improve their communication and responsiveness to customer requests, especially when it involves critical items like prescriptions. If this issue is not resolved promptly, it may lead to further complications for both myself and FedEx. I hope they take immediate action to rectify this situation and prevent it from happening to others in the future.

I have a parcel that has been ignored…

I have a parcel that has been ignored in Memphis for 5 days, despite the fact I have paid for a 2 day delivery time.
I was told it would be on the Next Available Flight out but I have had 3 parcels from the same origin, pass through Memphis and be flown out, whilst this one just sits there. Even though I had raised a case for it.
It seems once a parcel is delayed it gets ignored in favour of one they may be deliver on time.
The support team actually seem helpless to provide any meaningful assistance, they just try to manage your expectations.

Tracking and keep saying delivery date…

Tracking and keep saying delivery date to sweden- but nothing' happening. It said on screenshot it be delivered 19th January 2026 . Today 24th January still on hold. And to make matter worst .it is miles away from gotherborg. I re checked my in in voice and address I printed and it it correct. I used different parcel delivery not a major player but it was delivered in a week. Never again.

Fed Ex picked up my parcel 14/01/26 they have sent me lots of emails to tell when it will be delivered
1. Monday 19th 2. Tuesday 20th 3. Wednesday 21st 4. Thursday 22nd 5. Friday 23rd and now Monday 26th a small parcel paying twice the price of any other carrier. I am writing to formally express my concern regarding an incident involving my recent delivery 887477372047 that occurred on 31.12.2025

According to the delivery instructions, this package was marked as a "signed for" delivery, which requires that someone be present to sign upon receipt. However, I was disappointed to discover that the delivery driver did not obtain a signature and instead left the package on my doorstep. Unfortunately, shortly after the delivery, the parcel was stolen.

I understand that delivering packages can be a challenging job, and mistakes can happen. However, I believe it is crucial for your team to uphold the protocols for signed deliveries to ensure the security of customers' packages. Leaving a signed-for parcel unattended not only goes against company policy but also puts customers at risk of theft.

I kindly request that you investigate this matter and take appropriate action to ensure it does not happen again. Additionally, I would appreciate any assistance you can provide regarding the stolen parcel and potential reimbursement or replacement options.

I have the footage of your driver who also clearly signed for the parcel himself which is fraud

Zero, if I could..they are horrible. they do not follow instructions as to where to deliver, and many in my complex have the same issue. They are careless.
I get insulin for my diabetic dog from chewy, and it can’t be left out..supposed to put inside mail box in mail room they leave it on the floor in a heated room, with lots of humidity, I can’t use the insulin..it’s 75 $ a bottle , chewy has cut back to only one ice pack, so if it’s been sitting for two days it’s no good..they deliver earlier then they say, and never notify ne it’s here. Am done with fed ex I can’t jeopardize my dogs life, cause of fed ex being sloppy.They should be out of. business, unqualified workers. , !

Totally disgusting delivery company

Totally disgusting delivery company. Parcel just dumped outside in the rain and two days earlier than what I was told and to make matters worse it says that it was handed and signed for by myself. We'll I am going to ring the Guinness book of records to claim the longest arms in the world has I was over 300 miles away. Disgusting company who employ liars and obviously forgers

Indifference to customer care

two packages sent and paid for next day delivery, one due on the 10th arrived on the 12th Nov, the other collected on the 4th arrived on the 11th, should have been the 6th. when contacted during this period kept being told next day. when asked for a refund or discount , received an answer

Having an absolute nightmare with this…

Having an absolute nightmare with this company! It’s not their fault but the company I’ve bought the goods from lied about delivery times so my package is with fed ex in Italy!! It won’t arrive in time so I’m trying to talk to fed ex to try to sort the delivery. So the phone number provided doesn’t work and the customer services number isn’t a human at all. All I can do now is wait for the package to arrive and go through the returns process with the company I bought it from, which I’ll also be reviewing!

Far worse than parcelforce and that's saying something

Received letter from them threatening Debt collectors for failure to pay an adjusted invoice I hadn't received. Made a complaint about this and the fact that a relatively expensive package had been left in an unsecured area outside the front door. Received a automatic reply with no apology, even though on the phone it was admitted to me that human error on their part meant I wasn't credited/informed of instant payment options/updated invoice not sent in the post. Eventually told details of the error would be passed on, but it was too late to look into the parcel being left out ('drivers deliver 1000s of parcels, they won't remember!') and asked 'what do you want, you've received a sorry now' when I explained the package was delivered to an address with vulnerable people who would not have been able to deal with debt collectors turning up due to their mistake. I normally don't feel the need to complain, and feel quite bad doing so considering the very helpful woman who replied to some of my emails, but the majority of Fedex staff seem to have little understanding of customer service (especially the employee that acknowledged a colleague error then seemed to suggest I was lying about not receiving the invoice). Making customers feel like their complaints are invalid, or they should be thankful when not even receiving the basic courtesy of an apology highlights the lack of importance placed on customer satisfaction as their service is not even 'satisfactory'. However, if you are trying to build up your patience levels, I advise contacting them via phone to enjoy being patronised.
