Mark very patiently went through all the options available along with the pros and cons. Lee was very efficient putting up the shutters and blinds. And he cleaned up!

I ordered some wooden shutters for my bedroom and they look amazing, more importantly the quality is excellent. Initially I was a bit concerned about getting shutters for a bay window but the fitting was very accurate and very neat and tidy

We have just had shutters fitted to the entire house by Mark & Kirstie from Feather & Grey - what a phenomenal job! We had a number of quotes from other companies but none of them came close in terms of value and overall service. The initial enquiry with Kirstie was excellent & filled us with a lot of confidence that they knew exactly what we were hoping to achieve in our new home. The home consultation with Mark sealed the deal! Mark was extremely knowledgable and professional. He patiently answered all our questions and we knew by the end of the consultation that Feather & Grey would be able to deliver! The house looks phenomenal with the addition of the shutters and blinds for the skylights. I cannot recommend Mark & Kirstie enough - thank you!

I’m going to be honest, when I rang Feather & Grey it was by mistake (I’d actually thought I’d rung a different company) but it’s one of the best mistakes I’ve ever made. Mark was so patient when he came round and had 4 women to deal with who couldn’t make up their minds! He was helpful and didn’t rush us to make any decisions. He was knowledgeable and professional but at the same time you felt as if you were dealing with a friend. The blinds were fitted expertly and look absolutely beautiful. Would definitely recommend them to everyone.

From the initial consultation to the fitting of our shutters - it’s been an absolute seamless service and a pleasure to receive such a personal touch.

Mark was extremely professional, honest, and sincere in his initial consultation and quote. He came recommended and I was not disappointed. I had received quotes from several providers, but Mark's quote was the best by far. This was also confirmed by the quality of material and the fit that followed.

It’s all the small things that matter to me, from removing the shoes at the door, being respectful in the home and being mindful of the noise as I was working from home the day of the fit.

Shiloh fitted the shutters and what a gem of a person let alone the quality of his work. Again, extremely respectful of the home where he ensured things were covered to minimise mess. He tidied up thoroughly and honestly, I can’t bang on enough on the quality of the work he did.

The service and quality of work is outstanding. Mark was really nice and listened to what we wanted and advised too. I got tailored made shutters for living room and black out blinds for the bedrooms. Very happy with them all.
