Treated like just another number.

I ordered a specific product, they came back to me and offered me a different one because they didn't have it in stock, I declined and asked for a refund. They have neither cancelled the order or refunded anything. It has been a week so far. I need the product so I went to aliexpress to find it as they are the only other place to have this product, they needed to order it from Feasycom as well. Its just an all around bad experience. When I would try to communicate via email and on their website, they seem to just ignore me. I have tried to contact them many times, and I just go ignored.
