Great service. Website was clear and easy to use. Delivery was super fast and product was exactly correct.

Sent to the wrong address even though I emailed straight after ordering it and gave the right address. Also, the vinyl was torn/ peeling off two corners.

We had a mostly good experience with Fearons when they were assigned to our home development three years ago. They created several custom pieces for us, including a wardrobe, TV unit and Office unit with bookcase and desk area, all of which were well made and met our expectations.

However, we’ve had an ongoing issue with the office desk unit. The height was incorrect from the start, initially too high, then too low after an adjustment. Since then, despite several attempts over a long period to get this resolved, we’ve had no success or meaningful response.

It’s frustrating that a relatively small issue like this has been left unresolved, especially after the rest of the project went so well. We’re still hopeful they’ll follow through and address it properly, but this lack of aftercare has definitely affected our overall experience.

Great quality and really good value. Had to make a change of address and it was no problem for Fearon’s.

I called into Fearons looking for handles for kitchen presses. I met with Mary and Evana who were both so helpful, with matching handles with various colours of doors and worktops. They both have great experience and we're happy to share it with me. I couldn't recommend them more.

Excellent service, had to organize some returns & reorder correct size product after mis ordering and nothing was a problem and the correction all done within a week.
