We were struggling to re-let a property with our former agents and decided to move to Fearn Malone. So pleased we did. Fast and efficient service and new tenants found quickly with no fuss and no drama. Delighted with the service and can't recommend the company highly enough.

Jamie and Alex are very helpful and hardworking people in their work. I bought a home and recently rented it out with their professional advice. Jamie always answers my calls and messages promptly. He recommended a good mortgage broker too. He always kept in touch with me and my solicitor until completion. He is very bright and a down to earth person. I would recommend Fearn Malone to anyone.

Dishonest and unethical Estate Agent/Company!!!
This company caused me a great deal of stress, nightmares and money when I purchased one of their properties a month ago. Jamie initially proved trustworthy until it was very obvious he was only after commissions commission commissions!. I have never met someone so crooked, horrible and unprofessional like him. He doesn't have the interest of buyers or sellers in anyway possible. He recommended the service of Olivia( inexperienced) @ Taylor Ross Solicitors who is similarly as crooked as himself! I am glad I didn't use her but the seller unfortunately had to based on same recommendation. It took over 6 weeks to get a common draft contract( apparently the documents were been translated - "my broker still laughs about it till date") which delayed the entire process from December 22 to end of March 23. Something that should have taken less than 3months. My solicitor had zero trust in Jamie and I shared similar believes. I requested for key undertaken which was suggested by himself and that also took another 3weeks and charge of extra £100 from Olivia (seller's solicitor). The deal breaker was when Jamie lied about a leak that had been resolved when I noticed some marks on the ceiling . DO NOT EVER TAKE Jamie's WORD for anything! He is a serial liar and a manipulator. The shock of my life was when I finally got the keys and water was draining through the ceilings under the bathroom into the hall. There was non-disclosure in any of the sale documents regarding the leak. I raised the query regarding compensation which we doubt he even contacted the seller about it as he was only interested in getting his commission. When my solicitor requested for evidence regarding communications made with the seller concerning the leak, Jamie refused to provide. He also said the leak was resolved which was not true. JUST AVOID this company if you want stress free house transaction. He had the opportunity to make things right but he refuse because he only cares about commissions. Very unprofessional.

Reply; When I initially saw leak marks and queried you specifically mentioned it was resolved. We all believed your word and my contractor's came to view the property for other jobs needed done. Since you didn't disclose the existence of leak, that wasn't a main focus. When it was discovered after exchange of contracts, you were informed but completely ignored until my solicitor stepped in.
I can see you have flagged this and I have also submitted all evidences to support my review. I believe it's a common deception. If you were not deceptive with the entire issue, we wouldn't have gotten here. I am only sharing my exact honest experiences and have proof of everything.

Fearn Malone are top quality service. They treat my case very professionally with personal approach. Excellent support on every details. Most valuable was connection beetwen myself, solicitors and buyers. Jamie always make me feel as I'm speaking with someome who I know ages and wants best solutions for myself. I have never in my house letting history in the UK come across an agent that has got qualities that are so damn true to be real. He is so calm, easy to work with and made everything easy for you.
