The process of choosing and buying the item is very simple.
When I had a doubt, I received immediately response to my question by email.
I received the required items within 1 week.
All communications are written in multiple languages; very inclusive and appreciated.
Only issue are shipping cost and custom fees in Canada, which I don't think are depending on fdricambi.
