A True Lifesaver

Jill has been an absolute lifesaver for my family. She has been incredibly kind and has helped us immensely throughout this process. I truly don't know where we would be without her and her dedicated team. Thank you, Jill, for everything you do.

The Foundation for Child Victims

The Foundation for Child Victims
does amazing work advocating for children and supporting those who need a voice. Their dedication, compassion, and commitment to protecting children truly make a difference. I'm grateful for organizations that stand up for the most vulnerable and work toward a
safer future for every child.

Do not trust that old lady ever

I contacted the Foundation for Child Victims of the Family Courts while dealing with a stressful custody situation. After speaking with the director, I paid $8,500 by cashier's check for what I understood to be an evaluation of my case.

The "evaluation" consisted of conversations with the director. I never received a written evaluation, report, or summary of findings, and I was not given an itemized accounting of what the $8,500 covered. The only paperwork I received afterward was a tax donation document, even though I had been told the payment was for an evaluation.

When I told the director I was upset by language I felt was blaming toward me as a victim, the conversation became hostile. I was then told that thousands of dollars more would be needed for the next steps, and I could not get a clear written explanation of what those would include.

I'm not saying what other families experienced. I'm describing mine. If you are considering contacting this organization, please protect yourself: ask for a written agreement before paying anything. It should state the total cost, exactly what you will receive, who will provide it, and whether any payment is a donation or a fee for services. Keep every email and receipt.

I will not trust that old lady ever again
