Not good experience I am afraid.
I was sent the wrong item (asked for an XL and received an item which had a tag that said XL but the size on the actual item was XS)
I returned the item (being outside Germany) but I have not heard back.

Processed order with the shop. 1st Transaction unable to complete. 2nd Transaction went through successfully. Couple of days past and then e-mail from CS stating "order failed don't worry I won't be billed as system glitch could you please place a new order" I advised the transaction definitely went through , I could see a confirmation e-mail. I could see a deduction through the bank. I was assured it was a system glitch it definitely didn't go ahead. Place order for a 3rd time. Low and behold...2 separate billings, 2 separate dispatches. Contact St.Pauli CS and provide evidence of both. "Apologies please return one when they arrive". Now I have no money. Required to borrow money to make up for the deficit in my bank. Have to spend my own time to print off labelling and go to a delivery depot to return a parcel that should never have been shipped. That I was lied to regarding the status of. "Echte Liebe"...not for their customers. I will never put my through the experience of dealing with these charlatans. PLEASE AVOID!

I have ordered from here twice, superb delivery time and no fuss returning.
You can order from St. Pauli with no worries, they are just as likeable in the webshop as they are when you go to Hamburg.
