Never had problems with them . Great Casino . Dont listen to these that just dont admit theirs gambling problem instead they blame casino for taking time so they spend it all and blame casino after xd pathetic. I do not recommand this casino. I won 17k and tried to withdraw, they blocked my account for seven days for nothing then finally proceed to unblock it. When i tried to withdraw i successfully taken 3000$ out and then i received a message that i couldnt withdraw again for 72 hours because they were having to much withdraw request. This is just strategys they use so you play it all back and it works.

Awful customers service, when I asked to log a complaint due to attitude of the live chat staff they kept ending chat and then blocked me from access live chat simply by asking to provide a email address to log a complaint, I then deposited crypto prior to the the,complaint and despite having proof it was sent and received by the transaction hash and block traffic provider they said nothing received and that I had to wait 48hrs and if not in the account we can take over so low and behold 48hrs later I contacted them again and was spoken down to by this lady who was extreamly rude and kept ending chat when I was unhappy with her response and wanted the email address to log a complaint which she refused to provide. Never ever using a mickey mouse company again

In the chat they say to wait a few days for review. I go to the site, the chat is disabled intentionally (apparently so as not to communicate). I write to their official email. No one answers. I accidentally saw that the chat is working from another computer, apparently only me, my IP, or my browser were blocked. I write to the chat from another computer. They answer that I will not receive anything, the account is blocked. I will not be able to continue playing, withdraw funds.
