They are blatantly committing fraud without fear of law and taking money from people. DO NOT EVEN BOTHER WITH THIS WEBSITE. I am planning to talk to my bank and see how to get my money back. These kind of website must be shutdown immediately.

No reply from second e-mail enquiry.
No contact telephone number.

Reporting them to Local Trading Standards on Mon 15th January as a Rogue Trader.

Reporting them to Credit Card Operator on Mon 15th January as a Fraudulent Trader.

I may even call The Fraud Squad.

I need to refund an item which did not meet expectations but no one is emailing me back and there is no telephone number

Ordered from them on the 22nd and still no parcel, emailed them multiple times and no response. Scam website, I'm going to be connecting my bank to get a refund and have them investigate.

No delivery in 3 weeks and no response to my enquiry. Have they robbed me of my money?

Failed to deliver before Christmas. No response from emails. Phone number just zero's. Have asked my bank to investigate the company. Will never use again.

I have tried twice to get a label to return the device to you as it is too small. So far I have heard nothing.

Car seat delivered quickly and lowest price around. Just no communication after purchase which was slightly worrying.

My item bought on the 8th of November has still not arrived nor is it out for derlivery.

No delivery and no response to emails to request details of despatch. This is not a UK base d company but one holding stock in Japan. Zero response to failed delivery forecasts and despatch detail is unacceptable.

Progressing recovery of funds will be the only positive experience from dealings with fbadiscounts.co.uk

It would be easier to review if I had received the item ordered. On 2 occasions my item was delivered by Amazon but a required password was needed from FBA. Each time I reached out to FBA I was not given this so my item was returned to Amazon. After chasing them repeatedly my email address has now been blocked by FBA so no communication and no item which has been paid for.

This is a scam site, but very clever, looks legit, payment type looks legit, however after 15 days requested tracking id, email response provided this and the tracking site looked legit. Then all communication stopped the tracking site said stranded in customs for 15 days. found out payment was to china and nothing delivered.

Goods not received I wished I read the reviews!
