I worked with FBABEE for my first Amazon FBA shipment, and overall the experience was very smooth and professional. They handled inspection (AQL), pickup from my supplier, ocean shipping, labeling, customs clearance, and final delivery to multiple Amazon warehouses.
Communication was clear throughout the process, and they kept me updated on shipment status. Even when there were minor delays due to port congestion and weather, they informed me promptly and guided me on updating the delivery window in Seller Central.
The shipments were successfully delivered, and everything was received and accounted for by Amazon. For a first-time seller, having a freight forwarder that understands Amazon’s requirements made a big difference.
I appreciate their support and would consider working with them again.

3 Years In, Extremely Happy
I switched to FBAbee three years ago after a bunch of issues w my previous prep operation. The last straw was when they mislabeled hundreds of units, which cost me a lot of money because I then had to pull literally every unit of that SKU from Amazon warehouses, including the ones that weren't mislabeled. Nightmare.
In contrast, FBAbee has been extremely professional and I'm skeptical I could find anyone with a lower error rate.
My products come from multiple factories and need bundling and labeling before shipping. They handle all of it including the shipping, and I've stopped worrying about that side of things because virtually no issues have cropped up.
One thing I've been impressed by is they catch things that aren't technically their job. They noticed scratched components in one shipment and flagged it before we packed - we pulled the scratched items and returned them to the factory. This is not in our agreement, they just pay attention. They've also had smart recommendations for how I can change my packaging both functionally and aesthetically. Again, not technically their job but they go above and beyond.
I visited their warehouse in Dongguan (near Shenzen) in 2024 and inspected one of my shipments prior to it being sent off. One thing that stood out was how they segregate skus during packing - doing just one at a time - it would be genuinely difficult to mislabel something. We talked through their processes and they're clearly always refining how they do things.
Communication is fast (WeChat and email, usually answered same day) and their English is excellent. They photograph everything - bundles, cartons, labels - so I can verify they've gotten the packing right. Digitally their system is sharp and you can check in anytime on your inventory #s at their warehouse or the status of your shipments.
If you want to be extremely confident your products are taken care of properly on the China-side, I highly recommend you give FBABee a try. Between bundling and shipping combined you might be able to find a lower price out there, but it won't be worth it when they mess things up on a consistent basis. Trust me on that one.
