Ordered 20th May and yet to receive 😴

I made an order on 20th and I’m yet to receive. But by the looks of it and the other reviews on here i doubt I’ll even get my items 😕😫 So I left a comment on one of the shops TikTok videos 2 days ago (27th May) as it’s been a week since placing the order…didn’t hear anything back, I’ve then gone on their tikok today 29th May and another 2 new videos have been added, also keep going live? But again no reply to the comment I left on the video. So I’ve checked on my other account and said comment isn’t even showing? As if my comment had been deleted 😒 but why when I’m asking a genuine question about my order? You haven’t bothered to ship and will be getting cancelled on 1st June if not 🤨
So again I left a comment on on the recent videos and funny enough I got reply 👏🏼 to then be told to leave a message.. which I did, twice and yet AGAIN I’m still waiting for a response 31st May 😑🙄

Update: And the order got cancelled… typical. I’m NOT too happy for a 1st time order tbh x

Wouldnt even give one star

Wouldnt even give one star. Ordered two outfits. Both sent out individually. None received. Customer support is shocking and no response from anywhere i messaged them (own website, tiktok and instagram)

Edit- since ive been in touch with the page via instagram, ive been told they are going to appeal my review as the order wasnt placed on their website, id like to add this was placed via tiktok shop where they also advertise their clothes for their company🙂

AVOID AT ALL COST

Paid express delivery on Wednesday, was due to arrived before Saturday as had a baby shower to go to.

Evri said it was being delivered sat morning. Then said it wasn't coming.

Has arrived this morning only to find one out of the two outfits have arrived and one is missing.

Contacted company... no reply.

Ruined the baby shower.

Avoid at all costs

Really bad quality outfit aswell.

DO NOT ORDER

DO NOT ORDER - I ordered a on the 22nd October. It’s now 23rd November. No parcel and no refund. I’ve contacted them more than a dozen times to be told multiple lies… first being that the item needs to be pre ordered which takes 14 days , (they told me it states this when ordering, it doesn’t it says 2 days delivery) then that my order didn’t exist. Then that it was stuck in customs and then that it hadn’t been shipped to their warehouse yet. I’ve asked for a refund during all of this to be shut down and told their system isn’t working. They told me to request a return in order to submit a refund which I’ve done and now I can’t dispute they payment because they’ve argued that “the item is on its way to the customer” when I’ve asked for a refund multiple times. They have then told me it’s not their problem and I have to speak to tiktok shop. When in fact it’s nothing but lies from them. Im not the only customer that haven’t recived their products, their scamming everyone. When you confront them on their lives they shut it down. I have sent over an email today let’s see if I even get a response.

AVOID!!!

AVOID!!!! Sent 4 emails now chasing my refund - they just DO NOT respond!! Absolute thief you are Ellie. I’ve got proof of postage, returned within the 14 days AND screenshots showing the items were returned yet you can’t be bothered to refund me. Pure greed from this company DO NOT ORDER!!!!’ My order number is 63190 - I BET THEY DONT EVEN RESPOND TO THIS. Also if you even try and contact them on TIk tok etc they BLOCK YOU!!!!!!!! So totally helpless. Will be reporting your company to the finance ombudsman.

I paid for express delivery on order

I paid for express delivery on my order and still no parcel 10 days later, tried contacting the company 4 times and no response, joined the TikTok live to hopefully get some response and was told ‘someone will get back to you today’ which they didn’t! Still no communication whatsoever and then received an email to say my order had been cancelled due to ‘unforeseen circumstances’ after waiting 10 days for the parcel to turn up! Customer service is terrible and won’t be ordering from here again

I originally ordered my item on their…

I originally ordered my item on their website on the 29th August, I have only received a confirmation email.

Since that date my mum who ordered after me has received her item I have emailed them twice and no one can be bothered to their job at FB London and send an email back to me or send me the item I have paid for.

The service from this company is disgraceful I really do not know how they can run a business.

No response to emails

My daughter ordered 2 weeks ago from the website, still no item has arrived. I got mine from tik tok shop quicker.
She has emailed twice now and noone has answered her.
She wants to know when shes gonna get her item.

Wish I’d read the reviews before…

Wish I’d read the reviews before ordering - ordered over a week ago had no communication from FB London since my confirmation email, reached out to them on multiple platforms not hopeful my order will turn up shocking when supposed to be a business and they can’t even have decent customer service skills really disappointed as had looked all over for one of the items and only this place seemed to have the exact thing I was looking for

Bought a couple of items - not turned up and no reply when chasing- had I looked at the reviews before buying would not of purchased.

I never write any reviews but this has got me so mad. It’s my first and Last time ordering from FB London, I ordered a jacket almost 3 weeks ago and after 1 week they sent me an email saying they cancelled my order at my request. This is BS I didn’t cancel anything. I sent an email asking about it but never got a response so I went to their TikTok livestream and asked about it there because it’s the only way of communicating with them… And the woman said they canceled my order because they were on vacation, she has to be joking right? If so I would have waited, they don’t need to trick me into thinking the order was canceled at “my request”. But I really wanted the jacket so I ordered again 1,5 weeks ago and they haven’t sent me any email saying my order is on its way. Even though on their website it says delivery takes up to 3 business days.. They are on livestream everyday showing their products but not answering any questions from customers on email or sending the orders they get, even though I paid 30pounds for shipping. I asked in the live if she could check my order because it’s been some time, but she said they don’t do that and I should contact them on TikTok shop. What is TikTok shop I could not find anything. What else am I going to do. It’s been 3 weeks with no communication. Only thing I got was an order confirmation email but I got that the last time and they cancelled 1 week later. I also saw another comment on their TikTok saying their order was cancelled too. This is so weird behavior. I’m not sure if I will ever get the jacket. They refund faster than they send out orders. This is the worst’s online shopping experience I’ve had in my life. I thought maybe it’s because I don’t live in the UK. But it’s not, they don’t have a clue about customer service or how to drive a business. And so expensive for this kind of service is absurd. If you’re thinking about ordering from FB London don’t.

Hello, we have sent your items provided tracking info and you can clearly see the items was sent. We never once refused any refund as this was purchased on TikTok shop TikTok investigate TikTok take payments TikTok refund. You have received a refund through TikTok today after they had to do an investigation. I’m not sure this warrants a 1 star review as I’ve spoken to this morning offering any help we can to get TikTok to refund you? This review will be taken down shortly. Any other help you need please send us a shop chat on TikTok

Such a shame seeing these other…

Such a shame seeing these other reviews, I’ve been shopping at fb.London for years . I have never had anything but great clothes from them and I’ve never had a problem returning anything.
I would recommend them to my friends without a second thought . I think these negative comments can only be spam or may be a rival brand

WATCHED A LIVE VIDEO ON TIK TOK AND SHE SAID SAID WE ONLY A FEW LEFT OF THIS BABY BLUE ALL IN ONE

TURNS OUT WHEN IT GOT DELIVERED IT HAD POO ON IT, ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING MESSAGE THE COMPANY TOOK AGES TO REPLY THEN SAID WE GIVE YOU A FULL REFUND OK ? BUT I STILL GOT THE PRODUCT HERE WITH NO WAYS TO SEND IT BACK SO MESSAGE BACK AND SAID IVE WASHED IT NOW AND THEY SAID WE CAN'T HAVE REFUND NOW ABSOLUTE FRAUD OF A BUSINESS

OWNER IS ARGUMENTIVE AND WON'T TAKE RESPONSIBILITY WHAT WENT ON STAY WELL AWAY.!!!

I ordered off TikTok shop on the 16th…

I ordered off TikTok shop on the 16th of Feb it’s now the 22nd and gone past delivery date and when I’ve checked tracking they haven’t even picked up my parcel or received it . I’ve contacted them on TikTok shop and I have had no reply I’ve also emailed them. It was due for delivery well was meant to arrive yesterday as it was between 17th - 21st and I have still not got no update or no parcel.
