I ordered my jacket weeks ago and it has not arrived.

I can't believe I've fallen for this. Ordered a pink cardigan, looked just what I wanted. Alarm bells started to ring when it was taking so long to arrive. Yes, rubbish from China. I am now battling for a refund. I'll accept 80%. Wish me luck!
My order for a jacket was confirmed on 8 April and is still not delivered. Customer Services have quickly responded to my enquires, which I appreciate, but the company would do far better to clarify when garments are coming from overseas (as mine clearly is) and that a 5-8 day delivery time is simply not going to happen. As it is, the jacket will be delivered too late for the event for which it was ordered. So one angry customer all through failing to be frank about the length and reason for the delay.
My son ordered a suit 3rd of April and still waiting on it getting delivered

So cross. I placed order on 30th of March for £144. I expected my order to arrive by 7th - 8th April. Nothing. I have emailed Fawnbury and ignored. I have called and no answer. Is this company actually legitimate?

Ordered the open front blazer for layering and it actually works with jeans too. Sleeves sit nicely not awkward.
