The site is harmful and fraudulent

This company is not independently inspected by any betting or casino arbitral tribunal, they do not have any gambling or casino licenses, the company license in Costa Rica is just an ordinary business license, since they are not subject to any inspection, they cheat in casino games as they wish, they have no evidence to prove the contrary, if you keep a little too much money in your account, they restrict access to your account with the lie of suspicious transactions and make up the excuse of black money, but they do not have an agreement or inspection with any legal organization, especially in the Middle East and South Asia. They work unsupervised in their countries, they are definitely not allowed to work in regions such as America, Canada, Europe, Turkey, China and Japan, because they are not allowed to commit crimes such as cheating, money laundering and tax evasion there, they also try to remove comments with unrealistic excuses so that negative comments are not seen here, also the withdrawal limits of the site are high and expensive, the exchange rate is very high, as a result, do not use this site, many faucet and task sites pay directly to the wallet, Moreover, its limits are low and its costs are low, definitely do not use this site.

This Platform is a complete joke i have…

This Platform is a complete joke i have been scammed by this mob on at least 4 different occasions and this last one being the final time . I had secured my account with a very hard password and activated 2FA. Only to open my account today and see my funds go from $230-$240 AUD down to $6 AUD . i would just like to put it out there that it is nearly near impossible for my account to be robbed unless you had access to my google authenticator account and that is on my phone which they never had access to so where did my funds go ?

Scummy 2FA/ID after you gain a good amount of money

This company like many others that i have experienced with has simply let me jolly up all of my time and then they suddenly want an 2FA and/or ID along with all of the money that i had in there.

i don't understand why they don't ask for an ID prior to me wasting my time doing the tasks other than they want all 100% of the money i make them

I transferred a small amount of 0.01 LTC to my Binance account, and it arrived within just a few minutes. The process was quick, simple, and reliable. Even for small transactions, the speed is impressive. So far, I’m satisfied with the service and find it very convenient for handling micro-earnings and crypto transfers.

They kept $610 and called $120 a "full refund" — blockchain proves everything

They kept $610 and called $120 a "full refund"

I deposited 0.99923 BNB ($610) to my FaucetPay deposit address. The transaction completed successfully and the funds arrived. You can verify this yourself on the public blockchain — search for this transaction hash on opbnbscan:

0x322f998e27db18ee687649608bdbb7de930cc66ab4980a5ff523522e2385ee4d

The funds are STILL sitting untouched at that address right now. FaucetPay controls the private key. They can retrieve the funds with one transaction. Instead, they told me the money was "permanently lost."

That is not true. The blockchain is public. Anyone can check.

Months later, they sent me 0.2 BNB (~$120) from their own wallet and called it a "goodwill gesture." No settlement was signed. No waiver was given. I accepted it as a partial payment.

Then when I asked for the remaining $490, they:

1. Retroactively claimed the $120 was a "full refund" of $610 — simple math shows this is false
2. Sent me a cease and desist letter threatening a defamation lawsuit
3. Terminated my account completely
4. Froze all my remaining balances on the platform
5. Banned me permanently
6. Flagged my previous Trustpilot review to have it hidden

All of this happened AFTER I simply asked them to return my deposit.

I am not making accusations. I am stating what happened to me, supported by a publicly verifiable blockchain record that anyone can check in 30 seconds by searching the transaction hash above on opbnbscan.

Their own Terms of Service (Section 8.6) state they operate under Costa Rican law. I have filed complaints with the relevant Costa Rican authorities.

If you are considering using FaucetPay, please be aware: if something goes wrong with your deposit, this is how they handle it. They have the technical ability to return funds but choose not to. And if you complain, they threaten you and close your account.

I have kept every email, every response, and every blockchain record. Everything I have stated here is documented and verifiable.

Don’t trust this company

Don’t trust this company, they’ll hold your money and asset and make withdrawal impossible. Stay away from them as I lost a huge amount myself. All thanks to KlayRealms for recovering all I lost with them.

I can even open my FaucetPay account

I can even open my FaucetPay account, what happened? I asked other users and it says there account seems to be okay fine. When I try to open the website it keeps me re directed on the site "access restricted" I dont know why, I already did some basic trouble shooting that might help the issue, but it doesnt any changes in my end. I turn on the 2FA on my account recently for my account to be more secure but instead it becomes more unsecure
