Irresponsible

I know you're a third party thing, but you absolutely need to make sure your clients offer refunds; at least within a certain amount of time. It's ridiculous that you allow events to offer non refundable tickets. Especially expensive ones. Now I'm basically forced to be a scalper because you let any fly by night operation use your portal.

I ordered and paid for an event in a…

I ordered and paid for an event in a couple of weeks. Due to an error on my part I paid for the wrong sitting. I checked FAQs which was no help. I have sent numerous messages on WhatsApp and never received any response. I checked for a contact telephone number and one does not exist. I turned to email and sent a message to customer services and again no response. All I want to do is change to an earlier sitting on the same day for the event. As no one responds via WhatsApp or email I'm left in limbo.

However as you're looking to change tickets between tickets for the same event we'd recommend continuing to reach out to the organiser who should get back to you as soon as possible.

Little unclear

Everything worked well but it wasn’t clear enough for me and i ended up spending more than I should. I needed 2 tickets and it looked like I could only buy 1 from first release so I did that and went back in to buy a second ticket and release one was sold out so I clearly got the last one. So I paid an additional $5 transaction fee for my second ticket from release 2. If it was clear that there was only 1 remaining release one ticket I would have understood and bought both tickets at the same time thus saving a transaction fee. It could have been made more clear.

It was easier to use fatsoma platform…

It was easy to use fatsoma platform to purchase my ticket and the charge fee was reasonable.
I would have preferred to be asked for the name I want on my ticket though instead of just automatically putting the ticket in my registered name.
Overall, service was nice.

Was not advised about the need to show…

Was not advised about the need to show the Blue Badge on entrance until after I bought the tickets. I’ve tried to explain that the Blue Badge has to be displayed on the car to avoid a parking ticket, but I don’t seem to be getting anywhere.

At Fatsoma we don't organise the events ourselves, we're the ticketing company that the event organisers use to sell their tickets.

All information on the event is provided by the event organisers rather than ourselves. It sounds like your feedback would be best suited to go to the event organisers. However if you do have a carers ticket you may be required to show relevant documentation.
