We purchased five Urban Outdoor Up Down lights which were all faulty, letting in huge amounts of water making them unsafe, and then unfunctional. We provided all requested feedback including clear photos, video and a report from our electricians. Fat Shack put us through months of emails, with various individuals from various positions, who even in the final emails were asking us basic questions and suggested that "Visible misting or transient fogging on internal glass surfaces is a normal physical reaction in sealed outdoor lighting fixtures". We had made it very clear, in multiple emails that this was not the case.
Fat Shack eventually refunded us the purchase price of the lights (less than $90) meaning that we now have five unusable lights and can't afford to have them removed and replaced with a decent product.
I would never recommend anyone purchase from Fat Shack. The risk and the frustration is far too great.

I bought a light which was faulty The length of time this issue has taken (months), combined with the repeated requests for videos and additional evidence, has been entirely disproportionate to the cost and nature of the faulty light fitting. What should have been a straightforward refund or replacement process has instead become unnecessarily protracted and burdensome.
Unfortunately, after the last email with the company citing factually proven (via video) errors, I have reached my threshold and will be taking my now complaint further.
