This company had sent me a completely different outfit than showed. After I reached out to them about the issue, they belittled the issue until I shared pictures of the difference in the outfit that was sent to me than the one I originally requested. They told me that they would fix the issue and then never got back in touch with me. They have not been answering my calls or responding to my messages. It has almost been over a month. The company is a total scam. It’s my fault I didn’t google their review first. You should definitely look at their reviews on the third party review sites. A big mistake!

My first and worst online shopping experience was with Fatima Pret. I had been looking forward to purchasing a dress for a special occasion, but the experience turned out to be disappointing. They sent me an oversized dress that was poorly sewn and not even original. When I contacted them, they asked if I wanted a refund or a replacement dress. Given my disappointment and the lack of time to get another dress, I requested a refund.

I returned the dress to the address provided by their representative, using my own money for shipping costs. The company promised to refund both the cost of the dress and the shipping expenses. On April 26th 2024, they received the dress back. However, they kept delaying the refund, repeatedly assuring me it would be processed soon.

When I spoke with their manager, he echoed the same promise and took my account number. Now, it’s June 11th, and I still haven’t received a refund. As a result, I have reported the issue to my credit card company. This was my first experience with Fatima Pret, and I will never do business with them again.

I ordered dresses from fatima pret. I was advised I would receive the dresses within 14 days, it has been 21 days today and they have now stopped replying. I was told on day 19 that the order hasn't even been dispatched. When I followed up to get confirmation of dispatch they stopped answering. Stay away from this store front, it's a complete scam.

They are a fraud company I wish I could see the reviews before,it's been two months still no delivery,even don't receive my phone. Only one dress sent but they didn't inform its dupe,but they told me its original .Don't know what will happened to my rest of dress.

DO NOT order they suits they are copies they don’t even inform you that they are copies and not originals so you can purchase elsewhere. By the time you receive it it’s too late then they say they can’t do anything

Do not order from them. Their dresses are not as shown in the description or pictures and they take way too long to deliver. No exchanges and no refunds either.
