You sent the wrong size on one item

Great product and received quickly. Have had plenty of compliments on the product and will be shopping with Father and sons again.

Unfortunately I’m writing this review after spending too much money on this merchants items with the hope to get what you see in the pictures.

So here’s my experience: the worst merchant you can buy anything from, you rarely get an okay quality from them. What you get has nothing to do with the pictures.

Overpriced, yet the don’t pay for customs and tax when they ship internationally like all the decent merchant do (that by the way can be cheaper than them)
They don’t provide pre-paid return label in the parcel like most of the decent merchants do.

So to wrap things up.. no quality, over priced, false advertising and the worst customer service.

I love the quality of the material, the designs and fitted shape for big guys is perfect.

I've bought a lot of products from this company and have always been very satisfied with the quality. However, I purchased a classic mid blue and gold zip polo shirt long sleeve almost 9 months ago. I have only worn this garment a maximum of 10 times. Not only that, but I always washed it inside out on 30 degrees and I never put it in the dryer. I noticed holes were appearing under both armpits and decided to contact the customer services. To my disappointment the person replying was extremely unhelpful saying that I had worn it extensively and therefore was unprepared to offer anything at all. I pointed out that wearing this garment 10 times over a 9 month period was not extensive. Furthermore, the material is very thin, which makes me wonder about the quality. Under the circumstances they could have at least offered me a discount on my next order. That same garment is now on sale for £29.99 and I paid £56.99 so surely they could have offered something.
In addition, the time it takes to receive parcels these days is extremely long, not too mention the almost zero response when you make an enquiry as to what the delay is.

First time ordering from Father Sons and definitely won't be the last. So good to have finally found a company that caters for my physique and provides clothes that actually fit. I sized up per the referenced model sizes, ordered my items and received the next day! Lovely style and perfect fit. Couldn't be happier.

Excellent product and great customer service

Let me start off by saying the clothing is great and the ordering process is fine with click&collect available and quick despatch and postage. My partner and I have been ordering from this company for a few years and never had any real issues. I ordered a pair of jeans for him for Christmas three days before the festive returns window started. They were the same size and style as previous jeans we had ordered and I ordered early as wanted to be organised and also as from previous experience their clothing seems to sell out quickly, possibly due to limited production numbers. Anyway, Christmas arrived and santa gifted the jeans ... they don't fit. Can't even get a leg into them and way too tight. I reached out to their customer service dept and explained the issue and also that the jeans had never been worn and were tagged. Unfortunately they declined to help in any way. Thankfully i subsequently received a message apologising and they have since gone out of their way to make this right and for this i am very grateful. A replacement pair of jeans has been sent out and my faith has been restored. As I said the clothing is fantastic and I hope to remain a good F&S customer going forward.
