I ordered a dress for my daughter’s…
I ordered a dress for my daughter’s birthday on click and collect. When I checked with the store to see if it had arrived they advised that it hadn’t and they would investigate. It appears that the courier ‘lost’ the dress and they didn’t have another one to send. To say I was unhappy was an understatement

Exceptional Quality
Had to return this item twice to find the right size (runs large) but it was easy and the turnaround time was fast. The quality of the clothing is always very high!

Friendly staff
Friendly staff, I wanted a dress to attend a wedding but didn't want a posh frock that i would only wear once. Was shown the Adele dress that you can adapt to almost any social event. Good advice and a dress I can wear again and again.
