Disapointing
My order was weeks later than it should have been also the updates were not accurate on time scale also which leads to disapointment not a good experiance the shirt was great though

Very good experience
I ordered online to pick up in store.
The whole experience was very easy and the item which I returned was dealt with by a member of staff and the refund was very quick 10/10.

Have not yet received the parcel has been 8 days still no parcel have rung the helpline and rang the shop no parcel lost needed it for this weekend as we are going away very disappointed

Lovely quality
Went into store as I prefer that to online shopping and staff helped look for the size and colour I wanted. This cardigan was only available online in my size. So ordered and picked up in store. Happy with ease of process and cardigan quality. Got sale price too.
