Have used Fat face for years and for good reason!
The products are always good quality although sizing can be a little unpredictable sometimes! The collection experience at our local store is always excellent!

Would have given five stars but was frustrated with delivery information. Having chosen delivery date I arranged my weekend around going to collect it. I fully expected an email to say it was ready. Instead I received a message saying it was delayed and I would receive further information later. Went home and almost immediately had messages saying it was ready. Went in the following day and they couldn’t find it.

“You Snooze You Lose” !
Nothing wrong with the process of : ordering, receiveing & unfortunately returning my purchases!! I’ve been wearing XL in ‘all FF’ shirts for many years.
Only to find this years purchases of XL were far bigger than in previous years.
Unfortunately no styles of shirt's were available in ‘ L’ for me to try?!?!?!
This is not a complaint, just a a disappointing personal outcome!!
Perhaps more stock would have saved my day?!
Great products & quality, just missed out on sizing !!

Great customer service from Natalie at the Woking store. I managed to buy 2 pairs of jeans which fitted me perfectly thanks to her help. Her customer service was top class.

Poor customer service
We ordered two items for collection in the Woking shop. They found one quickly and said the other one is here somewhere but they couldn’t find it. Eventually they said they would order it again for home delivery next day at their expense. The item did arrive next day at home.

Good quality, friendly service

Appreciate the quality of the clothes which is far superior to those of the fast-fashion outlets in the same shopping area

Sharon couldn’t have been more helpful, what a lovely lady. She got every single pair of jeans in the shop for me to try on, gave advice about the sizing, and was kind enough to to help me choose the most flattering ones for me.

I ordered a skirt online and collected it from Woking - easy and straight forward to collect from the store, staff were friendly and quick retrieved my online purchase! The skirt arrived really quickly and is a lovely fit and shape.
